| Silver Member | shoulders and legs Military press: 145x8, 2x155x7 (felt really weak on this tonite, so i did db seated press) db seated: 65x10, 2x70x10, 75x8 seated side lateral db: 20x10, 2x25x10, 2x30x10(last couple reps were tough) rear delt db lying on bench: 4x25x10 Legs squats: 205x10, 225x10, 245x10, 275x10 leg press: 4x380x10 (whew that hurt) calve press on leg press: 3x90x20 standing calve raise: 3x30xbw leg extension: 50x10, 70x10, 90x10 i am going to do hammies tomorrow night with some chest work. hope everyone has a great day tomorrow. |
