Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | Good Going again Spawn. :bigthumbu Thanks and I will up the weights, I don't want to get bored, but I have a hard time getting a workout where I can not get 3 sets of 10, and that is when you should lift higher. But, I go up when this happens and still get the 3 sets of 10 on my leg workouts. Or maybe I am a whimp and should really challenge myself on leg day and go up real high. ![]() But, on the upper body, I usually can not get 4 or 5 when I go up on weights sometimes I can't even get one, so I am embarrassed and stay with the lower weights. ![]() Thanks for the support and you have a Wonderful Day tommorrow too. ![]() Brenda

| Silver Member | Triceps/Biceps skullz: 90x10,100x10,2x110x10 lying db tri extensions: 4x65x12-10 incline close grip bench(triceps) : 115x10 2x135x10, 155x10 Biceps seated db: 40x10, 45x8, 50x6, 2x30x10 ez curls: 1x110x10, 2x100x10, 90x10 another pretty good supplemental night. finally adjusting to the lower carbs and energy levels have stabilized. hope everyone has a great weekend. |
