Shrugs(just for the hell of it): 295x20, 345x18, 365x10, 220x20
thats it, short and sweet, decided to just work shoulders tonite and do just legs and maybe some chest db work tomorrow night.

Thanks and I will up the weights, I don't want to get bored, but I have a hard time getting a workout where I can not get 3 sets of 10, and that is when you should lift higher. But, I go up when this happens and still get the 3 sets of 10 on my leg workouts. Or maybe I am a whimp and should really challenge myself on leg day and go up real high.
But, on the upper body, I usually can not get 4 or 5 when I go up on weights sometimes I can't even get one, so I am embarrassed and stay with the lower weights.

maybe u should go up and keep doing 3x5 until that gets easier, u know just to break that barrier.

thanks pammie, the poundages are going up and i can tell a difference in development. squat is an exercise that u love to hate, once i get started i really get into it. thanks for dropping in on my journal pammie.

I haven't done Skullz for a while. I luv those but, haven't been able to do them cause I threw out my old barbell. I just have two Oly bars. I'd be banging everything around me if I used them for skulls!
