| Unpaid Trash Collector | How have you all been? And welcome to those who might be new to the site. I have been working out on a steady basis the new gym is awesome!! I have been on a quest for a bigger back and chest. My stength is progressing much faster than size at this point. Which is ok as I count any progress as good progress. The gains have not all come so quickly and the recovery time seems to very, whcih I have yet to figure out. Some days I feel more worn out than others atfer a given routine. Right now I am also working on a sticking point of curling 170lbs I can do it for 3 sets of 6 but can barely move 200lbs. Which is a goal of mine... I have increased my cardio quite a bit at times maybe to much... I did 60 min today. Followed by a workout then a 2 mile run home after my car broke down then a bike ride back to the car... seems funny now but the run home was kicking my butt. I hope you are all doing well. Dan

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Hey Dan great to hear from ya. This going to be a start of a new log? Why would you do cardio for 60 mins then workout? No wonder you have no gym strength and your recovery is sucking..lol. You know better then that bro. |

| Unpaid Trash Collector | The gym has a video room full of cardio equipment.... I was watching Troy, it is not the norm. I wanted to see the fight scene... lol I have been working on keeping myself hydrated to help with recovery. But I recently changed routines and upped the weight. Mostly I think I am just getting old.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I can't believe hibby's 45... I really thought she was more like mid-30s. My already high-level of respect for her just shot up even more. There's no doubt in my mind that bodybuilding/weight training is as close as you can get to a fountain of youth. I've been seriously training, I'm talking full adherance to the bb'ing lifestyle, for just a little over a year and I'm in the best shape of my life now at age 33.
