Hi Pammie and Vanessa!

I have been a bit off track, trying to get this permanent residency visa, and if all goes well I will be getting married next month! I am waiting on my divorce papers though, and they maynot come in time in which case I will have to leave to the country, and it will be a mess. Soooo.. needless to say.. I am stressed. I am trying to eat clean, but I only made it to the gym once this week. I have eaten clean like once this week.
I am trying to get it together!

Thanks vanessa and Gameday, nice to meet you JJ:d. I waited too long to get the divorce, thats why I am rushing around now.
I tried on dresses for the wedding yesterday, some were gorgeous and some.... well they were clingy and showed my rolls So I am motivated once again, but I only have 4 weeks to go, not sure how much I can do in that time....

well, the eating was good, I brought all my food with me and ate clean all weekend, so I am really happy about that. I danced so that was my cardio :P
but I didn't make it to the gym. All in all I feel very good about the weekend thanks for asking JJ, how are you doing?

Hey there guys,
I do have a question about carb cycling, have you found it to make a really big difference? I did it this last week, and at very clean all week, and I am for some reason bigger, even dan noticed it, I feel fat and bloated. any ideas? this week hasn't been so clean, but i felt bloated at the end of last week after eating clean all week and I am not close to starting my period so it isn't that....

water weight is a trip...if youve been going low carb and are now cycling you can expect a lot of bloat and maybe even a little gain before your body gets used to cycling. it sucks....hahaha

ooh I didn't know that

Well alot has happened, Dan and I were married June 9th! We have alot going , new house, new job, and visa stuff we are still dealing with so needless to say my eating hasn't been great and since we moved I had to leave my gym, I have borrrowed weights from a friend until I can join a gym in the new city. but I'll get back and track soon
