I'm now benchin' 135 for 3x8, big improvement but its so slow. The good news is that I'm finally pain free which is great. It's just mentally tough starting all over after all these decades of lifting. Oh well, nothing like a good challenge! I see the sites growing well and more people comming over from BB.com! Outstanding.
