If you could design a supplement specifically for those lifters over 30 (either male or female or a supp that covers both), what would it do? What areas of training/diet would it target? I am serious about this and want to show a supp company bigwig who I'm talking to, that this could be a serious market for a company that pays attention to it and provides quality, fairly priced supps based on "our" needs and wants.
