So I expect all of you to be rested and ready to hit the iron on Monday morning Saying things like," O-my-god that is the best workout I have ever had".

Or, "O-thank you mister spotter I just did a personal best"

Or if you are a hardass masochist lifter you might say, "O-thank you Sir/Madam for cussing me, spitting on me, and slapping me to get a few more reps."

Yes, I know for most of us that is pretty much the Friday night SEX ritual after a few beers but pace yourselves for the really important O's that happen on Monday morning.... :bigthumbu

Well,... Well,... Well, That wasn't funny at all. It seemed awfully funny after the 3 scredrivers I had on a empty stomach.

Oh well, since I can't delete I might as well throw myself on the mercy of the court.
