Default RaSP's Time to get huge thread


OK. Done with this whole cutting thing, now I need to lift heavy. In all honesty, I've been kinda bulking for a month. With my creatine gains, i'm up 7 pounds. The beauty of it is, there's no noticable bf increase. So I'm at a solid 200 right now. We'll see if this whole carb cycling things works as well for a bulk as it did for my cut.

I'll work out the routine next week with lighter weights and high (4x10-12) reps. I'm going back to a push/pull/legz routine that will be something like this:

Back/Bi

Chest/Shoulder/Tri

I'm sure I'll fine tune it a bit. I've tried doing shoulders on leg day (as I know a lot of guys do), but leg day just kick my butt so hard it's never been a good thing.

This will get me back into journaling again too.

Well I'm kinda bummed. I have a little tendonitis in my arms so I'm going to take about 10 days off and hope it gets better. I guess I'll call it a mini cut? Never had tendonitis before, It started over the last few weeks and it isn't really bad. I just want to get the most out of this bulk as possible. It's probably better anyhow. It's been a while since I really had some down time. I'll probably just do 30 min cardio or some sprints and abs or a light leg day. I want to stay totally off my arms. I *can't* stay away from the gym that longs, but cardio isn't a workout so it should be OK

OK.

Tendonitis is much better. I'm going to start on my new routine on Monday. I don't have all the exercises on me, but I'm going to do sort of a push/pull.

Back
Chest/Tri
Abs/Cardio
Legz
Shoulder/Bi

I've never done a split quite like this before, so we'll see how it goes.

Still haven't managed to try the yoga yet, but I have been stretching the ol hammies every other day.

I'm doin the yoga at home so I know my classmate (and she is pretty cute). I don't think I could be paid enough to ever wear a leotard. LOL. I've been doin hammie stretches every day and its really helping. We'll see how leg day goes tomorrow.

I'm on a dry run this week and will start lagging my new routine on Monday.
