Yeah I've had two lame armz and shoulders days and I took an extra off day yesterday. Good thing though cause I hit a new PB for Deadz!! Only by one rep, but I'm not complainin.

I'm around 214 just now and feeling a little fat, but I've still got 6 abs!! About 6 pounds or so is creatine weight. I want to start cutting, but I'm going to hold off until I get a few more PBs. I'd like to get my bench to at 255 for reps. We'll see.

Of course with my carb cycling, a cut doesn't mean losing all my strength.

SO with what kind of foods have you been cheating?

This past few weeks were really hard for me with DS and DH been hurt and then having the inlaws over for a week.
Hopefully I can get back to better eating now

At least I will try.

Mostly I've been eating too much dairy fat and just generally eating big on my high carb days. The whole 125% of normal has gone out the window.

I'm back on plan now. Had a high day yesterday and stuck to it.

Today was chest day. I'm at 213 and basically even with where I was back in June pre injuries.

Low Rep Day
BB Bench 12/135, 5/245, 4/245, 2/245 + Negative after last rep
Inc DB 8/75, 7/75, 5/75
BW Dipz 11, 9, 8
Crusherz 8/75, 7/75, 6/75
Inc DB Flyes 8/50, 7/50, 4/50
WG Bench 20/45

Not too bad. IThis is the same workout that I did back in June and the numbers are almost the same. I'm down a rep at 245, and up a couple with incline Flyes so it balances out. I've been emphasizing upper chest for a couple months and it seems to be showing.

For me it's more that I don't control portions on all my meals and I haven't been strict about the amount of fat.

Fortunately my sweet tooth was pulled and sugar has no attraction for me.

hey rasp......good leg workout. are the ham exercises done on special equipment......the only thing we have at our gym(ymca) is the leg curl machine. i definitely need to work on the hams. keep up the good work and have a good day tomorrow.
