Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 30 | Man is it ever hard to take a couple of weeks off. I actually managed to stay away from the gym for 10 whole days. Just went back this morning for a 3x15 workout. Did SLDL, Squatz, Leg Ext, and Leg Curls all for 3x15. I used very light weights, but no tendon pain, so hopefully the layoff did some good. Hams felt pretty strong, but I ddin't push it at all with my quads. I'm at 213 today, so I didn't get much fat or lose much muscle, but i sure feel fat and weak. You guys just keep on thinking I still look like my Avatar, k? I'm going back to the split gameday and i were both doing in the fall== 2 on , 1 off for a split that looks like this : Legz Shoulderz/Armz Off Back Chest Off I'll try to do some HIIT post WO (all but leg day) for 20 minutes, but won't start that until next week. Good to be back here and at the gym. Thanks to Gameday for the PM that got me off my arse and back to the site. BTW, nice pics of your messed up rig. OUCH! *R*

I was bored.. so I started drifting around the curves... and I misjudged one... for about 5 seconds, my truck looked totally sweet going down the road sidewayz... I wysh someone had videotaped it... Naw, seriously, I had about 60 thousand pounds of steel beams in the trailer and if I would've went into that ditch head fyrst.. those beams would've easily came thru the trailer & into the truck and impaled me... I got 9 .. uhm 7 lives... I didn't even get a ticket... the truck turned the corner but the trailer didn't... That's why I'm dryving in florida.. fugg dat snow!!! Peace..~G

Due to popular request my workout log has returned. ![]() Here is today's back day. bw= 210#s Deadz 12/225, 8/315, 8/405, 6/405, 8/315 DB Rowz 9/95, 9/95, 8/95 CG PD 8/180, 7/180. 7/80 + Drop set Deadz were a bit off today so I didn't go for 455. Ran outta time so I'll try to hit it again this afternoon. *R*
