Pic requests and butt exercises leaves us just short of the naked butt pics... ![]() I had been doing A2G squatz, but started squatting to a low bench for my 5x5. It does feel better to "go all the way" and it is easier on my knee tendons. I've switched to doing a 45 min bike ride at lunch every day but leg days. I have a heavy Hybrid Mtn/Street bike, and keep up with the guys at work with their carbon fibre things. We average about 17 mph which includes a lot of stop and start at intersections. Were riding an old rail line, but it has several busy cross streets. Kind of appropriate as I ride like a freight train, slow to build up momentum then slow to stop. Much nicer than the Stepmill of doom. Although I'm doing those for 20 min post w/o now. The 30 minutes was a bit much for them, but it did really help build my endurance and lung capacity. I forgot my notepad so I'll post yesterdays Shoulderz/Armz soon. Later. *R*

And after standing in front of 100 people wearing posing trunks, I have no fear of the butt picks. Just make sure for the sake of equality that the ladies asking for butt pics post some of their own.
