OK here's the workout from this morning:

Deadz:
5 225
5 315
1 405
1+ 500!!!!! PR!!! I *almost* got 2!! but couldn't get lockout on the second one. A couple of people were watching me on the second one and it made it harder to focus.

Inc Bench:
5 145
5 175
5 200
4 230 PB!!!! I needed help getting it turned around on #5 but it was all me for the other 90%.

OK so my hams and glutes were toast from the record breaking deadz, so I tried a set of front squatz since Wed are light squat days anyhow.
5 135
5 155
5 185
1 200 I could have done more here, but the bar started rolling and scraped my knuckle and called it a day. I think that was a PB but I don't track frontz, but it was a good number for me anyhow.

LOL. I can just picture that.

Thanks. I am flying so high today!! Since this was my last day of deadz for this bulk, I was thinkin it would be 6 months before I'm ready for another attempt. I was so happy that I got lockout, I kinda just stood there with it for a few secs. Maybe I was waiting for the signal from the judges? Felt kinda silly and that's probably why I couldn't get lockout the second time. Oh well. One is all I needed.

Default AND THIS BULK IS OVER!!!!!!!!

Rather than posting my workout results for today I will post my final results for this painful 16 week bulk. (OK so I missed a couple of weeks due to sickness) I am up about 20 pounds to finish at 220. Starting to feel a little tendon pain so it's definitely time to back off.

Here are my new 1RM lifts:
Flat Bench 285 up about 40 pounds
Deadlift 500 up about 50 pounds
Squatz 405 up about 60 pounds

For a total poundage of 1190!!!!

Also I have my 5RM for these lifts:
Inc Bench 230
BB Row 225

Interesting note:
I used Jungle Warfare, Bad Ass Mass, and Restore in the prescribed stack (still taking restore). And did not notice an appreciable difference from when I was on it and when I ran out. Not to say they didn't do anything because I did have great gains. But I also was having good gains before I started them.

Monday I start cutting cause I feel *REALLY* fat right now.

Sorry to be such a stranger.

- Note to self: Do not attempt to deadlift heavy weights when you have a big cut on your finger. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOUCH.

- Lost 8 pounds of Creatine weight

- I'm doing a light w/o now (of course light now is heavier than heavy used to be!) , with HIIT when I can get on a stepmill. I hate the spring cardio season. Everyone trying to get beach ready and the gym is a zoo.

- Got a new job on my week off and have to move 500 miles the first week of May

- Have to find a new gym because neither of the gyms I have lifetime memberships to are in that area. Can't wait to see how much endurance I have at 4200 feet!

- Looking for a house with your wife from 500 miles a way really kills gym time.

How's everything with you all?

At 9000 ft in Quito, Ecuador it took me 6 weeks to adapt. Then I came home. I had hellish lung capacity for a couple of months after that.
