Only got three on the deadz, which kinda bummed me out and I think the trainer was helping more than he would admit on the 220. I did a set of 5 inc DB presses with 90 just because I think he was helping me too much on the real set.

Two weeks left on this bulk. It's looking like I can hit 375 (squat), 275 (bench), and 495 (deadz). And then I will have really earned the first week in April off!!

yeah u deserve all the applause man....u stuck with a plan and it has paid off big time. awesome PB's.....but as soon as i get my self back in full swing ur gonna hafta hit it even harder....cause i plan on bustin this wall fricken down soon.(well except for deads....u are the king of deads in my book). just funnin with you...congratz and and job well done brotha.

Both. I'm go back to my 4 day split, but I'll have to modify it a bit as I can't w/o at home. It's 2 on 1 off, 2 on, 1 off (no allowance for weekends). I'll just do two days of low intensity cardio over the weekends and it should be OK. Last time I used it I lost fat and increased strength. Well, that and carb cycling.

Thanks again for all the support! Can't believe I hit 225 on incline. Having those 45s up there was a serious mental hurdle. It looked so heavy compared to 220.
