Only got three on the deadz, which kinda bummed me out and I think the trainer was helping more than he would admit on the 220. I did a set of 5 inc DB presses with 90 just because I think he was helping me too much on the real set. *R*

I let myself take it down too fast and almost lost it at the bottom. 8 265 Bench 5 130 5 165 5 195 5 225 3 265 PB!! 8 185 Row 5 110 5 135 5 160 5 190 3 220 PB!! 8 190 Also made little improvements on my finishing exercises: Dipz 8,7,6 @55 These are pretty stagnant, but I do them pretty close to my heavy bench. BB Curlz 8,6,6 @100 Arnoldz 8,6,6 @55 Two weeks left on this bulk. It's looking like I can hit 375 (squat), 275 (bench), and 495 (deadz). And then I will have really earned the first week in April off!! Thanks for all the support!!! *R*

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 30 | Both. I'm go back to my 4 day split, but I'll have to modify it a bit as I can't w/o at home. It's 2 on 1 off, 2 on, 1 off (no allowance for weekends). I'll just do two days of low intensity cardio over the weekends and it should be OK. Last time I used it I lost fat and increased strength. Well, that and carb cycling. *R*
