Thanks guys.

I'll post todays numbers later. Suffice it to say that I failed on my max squatz again today. I may not be that bright, but I'm seeing a pattern here. Lifts involving my legz are stalled, but chest and back are still making progress. This tells me that I better knock off the HIIT for a while and accept a little more fat if I have to to keep the gains coming. I like to do a lean bulk, but I think it's caught up with me. What do you all think? Maybe just 20 minutes of *light* eliptical on my off days instead of 20 minutes of HIIT?

I'm taking the weekend off, so this won't effect my workouts until Tuesday.

maybe between just getting over sick and doing leg work every workout they aren't having enough time to recover.....just a thought.

Yeah.. I'm in favor of the HIIT and lean bulking processes... I thynk we pioneered it.. .. (Yep, I styll take credit for errythyng) ... hahahaha.. I'm with Spawn.. u just got over being syck... ... I'm not sure about your pre-workout warmup.. but I always chose an exercyse bike vs stepmill or elliptical before a leg workout... so I wouldn't exhaust my quads & glutes before squatting..

Lemme scream atcha again... that Venom Hyperdrive u're screamin' about in your sig... I see that it's for losing weight, but it's also an energy booster... I'm lookin' for somethyng that'll give me a boost so I can take it... workout and then go to work and not be tyred... Would u suggest Hyperdrive for thys??

I'm doing a clean bulk (carb Cycling) and up until last week it had been working fine. Strength is up and I have very little weight gain. A little venom with some NO and caffeine replaced my morning coffee and then some. I think I might be getting used to it by now as it doesn't give me the same kick it did at first. That makes sense, though, the same way I've "acclimated" to my levels of caffeine. Just need to take a week or two off.

I do miss ephedrine HCL though. It was always my favorite pick me up. That with a little aspirin and caff. Dayum.

Oh well.

Good job on the carb cycling, Rasp. I hear ya on the EC stack...I skip the "A" part, gives me indigestion. It really is a good pick me up for getting in a killer workout and some PR's. Take care, have a good week

Deadz came back up on Wed. I just repeated last weeks w/o but actually hit all the numbers (except my heavy set on Incline). The drop set I did on bench on Mon for no good reason really messed up that lift. We;ll see if next week is better.

Restore/Jungle Warfare/Bad Ass Mass Stack Starts Monday

I've read some good reports about this stack and will try it out starting Monday. Lifting will stay the same, and I'll step up my diet a bit more (but keep to the carb cycling) EME said he was going to do this stack a couple of months ago, but I don't know if he ever posted results. I'm planning on doing this stack for 30 days and then going off the 5x5 and back to my 4-way MTuThF split (in my other log thread) and starting a cut. Usually I wait too long to start cutting and am too fat through summer. I'm running about 11% bf right now, maybe as high as 13%. I can still see six of my abs so I figure i've got some room to keep bulking for a few more weeks.

I'll include the Stack log with my regular w/o posts. I'm 6'4 and 209 today (pre w/o and Loaded with oatmeal). I'll also be taking creatine and NO.

LOL.

Thanx everone. I started the stack yesterday p/w and so far only feel extra tired. I'm taking it easy as I may be coming down with something. Gotta love having kidz. I *never* got sick before. But they're worth it.

I'll try to post yesterdays numbers this afternoon. I left my log in the car. I'm going to go do some laps in the hot tub this afternoon and I'll try to bring my log in so I can post it.

You'll have to wait for the pics Pamster. I'll wait till I'm ready to cut then we'll see if I don't take some. I've increased my diet by about 500 cals and I'll be watching for fat. I'll probably try to increase my cardio a bit before I drop the cals back down though.
