Happy Friday, people! Glad this week is almost over. I need a weekend!

Had kind of a crappy workout this morning. Had no energy and basically just went through the motions. I haven't taken a break from lifting since March and I think it's time. I read dbflgirl's "Who Takes Time Off?" thread and I KNOW that it's important to do that, but mentally I can't stay away from the gym.

I guess I better get some work done. Hope everyone's doing well.

OK, I did it. I made the decision to take next week off from the gym. If I freak out by Tuesday, will one of you be there to hold me?

Morning, peeps! So I stayed out of the gym this morning. It was a good thing, too. We went to a company party last night and got home pretty late. I needed the extra hour of sleep this morning. I'm proud to report that me and the missus took 2nd place in the salsa dance contest at the party, even though we'd never danced salsa before!

Hahaha.. Congradulations.. Apparently, I guess 1 other couple knew how to dance the Salsa.. hahahaha...

One of these days, I'm gonna let my gyrlfriend teach me all those ballroom styles... then I can really be lyke Bond.. James Bond.. *D
