| Pink Members | just finished my workout! yay!! heres what i did: horizontal push/pull: back/chest/calves rack pulls: 3x5 ~ 200lbs bent over rows: 2x8 ~ 85lbs flat bench press: 3x5 ~ 105lbs incline db bench press: 1x8 ~ 45lbs, 1x8 ~ 40lbs db standing calf raises: 2x12 ~ 40lbs post lifting cardio: 15 minutes i was SO SLOW starting out today! but i loaded up the barbell and after that first set of 5 i was feeling better! by the last set of 5 i was feeling fantabulous!!! whohoooo!!! bent over rows were awesome! these are really starting to feel easier with the 85! so kewl! flat bench press was next....today i made a point to pause at the bottom and then lift up....man that makes a huge difference! it was MUCH harder!!!! i got through all the sets without failure though! WOOT! incline db bench press was next....i was feeling strongk so i started with the 45lb dbs....i was able to make all 8 reps but i swear if i had had one more to do i would have failed! i lowered to 40lb dbs for the last set of 8. killer burn! db standing calf raises was last...nothing exciting about these...haha...but they got done! immediately after lifting i hopped on the exercise bike for 15 minutes! GREAT WORKOUT! |

| Pink Members | thanks rasp!!!! well i just finished my workout even though an hour ago i was thinking i wouldnt do it...hahaha! i couldnt sit still....couldnt relax! yay! isnt guilt a wonderful thing? heres what i did: quad dominant w/ biceps: db squats: 3x5 ~ 50lbs walking lunges: 3x5 ~ BW db SLDL: 2x10 ~ 50lbs db curls: 1x5 ~ 20lbs, 2x5 ~ 25lbs db hammer curls: 2x8 ~ 25lbs post lifting cardio: none i started with the squats....50lbs on each side is GREAT!! all 3 sets felt fantastic! walking lunges were really nice! i am getting better at these! db SLDL REALLY felt fabbbb! i got a KILLER BURN! db curls were good too....the 20lb db was too light so i added 5 lbs and it was perfect! hammer curls felt wonderful! GREAT WORKOUT! |
