| Pink Members | i had a hard time getting in food today i was so busy! heres my macros: Total: 1507 Fat: 74 668 44% Carbs: 41 124 8% Fiber: 10 0 0% Protein: 181 723 48% Alcohol: 0 0 0% i managed to get my fiber up to double digits today thanks to colon cleanse! as soon as i get paid ill also get some almonds and avocado to help up my fiber intake! as far as i am concerned today was a success!! |

The almonds and avacado are going to be a great addition to your diet. These are the good fats that will give rocket fuel to your body. Avacado also helps boost your thyroid output.

| Pink Members | am totally goofy today! hahaha! its going to be a GREAT DAY! i dunno WHY im in such a great mood....heh...maybe its cuz Big Brother is starting in 2 DAYS! wheeee i just love that show and get all addicted to the live feeds...best part about that is most the houseguests are asleep by the morning and i can do my workout and whatever else i have to do and then come home and watch the feeds!! i know i know....im goofy like that.... today i am working quads....i havent eaten anything either so i think ill go hop on the bike and ride for 20 minutes.... ill be right back.....hehee |

| Pink Members | i just finished my lifting! heres what i did: Quad dominant w/ biceps: ATF squats: 3x5 ~ 115lbs walking lunges: 3x5 ~ BW db romaninan deads: 2x8 ~ 40lbs barbell curls: 3x5 ~ 55lbs reverse drag curls: 2x8 ~ 40lbs drag curls: 2x8 ~ 40lbs post lifting cardio: 15 minutes on bike ok....i started with the squats....first i had to mess with the makeshift squat rack....lol....its definitely NOT perfected! i had to put it up on blocks so it was high enough for me to get up under...but after it was on blocks it was too high to load!! i definitely need to get this figured out! i ended up loading the barbell half way and putting it up on the rack.....then, with the empty end under my arm so it wouldnt fall off the rack i lifted the weights up and loaded the empty side....it wasnt easy! hahah....but i got it done and i got to my squats...all 3 sets went great! i decided to do walking lunges today....they felt great! for some reason the walking lunges are WAY easier than stationary lunges...my a$$ is already burning from them too....which i LOVE!!! heh....hopefully tomorrow i will be feeling it even more! hammie accesory was db deadlifts....these really hit my hammies hard...moreso than the barbell deadlifts i think! i felt EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM! barbell curls were next....the 55lbs was super challenging that last set! whohoooo! gotta LOVE a challenge!! reverse drag curls were next....40lbs was the perfect weight... drag curls were last....40lbs was nice and challenging! GREAT WORKOUT! immediately following the workout i hopped on the bike for 15 minutes! i feel fantastic!!! |

| Pink Members | thanks sweety you too!!! hubby is home today! unfortunately it raining outside and its forcast to continue raining all day....i think im going to slow cook the brisket in the oven instead of trying to cook it out on the grill....ill prolly take today as a rest day but im not exactly positive of that...lol....i might HAVE to do something.....it just feels weird when i dont! but we will see.... HAPPY 4th EVERYONE! |
