Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 13 | LOL .. Pammie what I was saying is that we each pick two lifts, which is a total of four and we'll compare each week to see who does the the best in each lift. If you want to pick deads that fine with me even though I know you got me there, but fair is fair We choose any lifts we feel best at . Also why don't we start this in two weeks because I'm going to Florida next weekend . My picks would be Bench Press and curls and yours would be ? |

| Pink Members | happy saturday everyone! i just finished my 30 min on the exercise bike on empty! it was slow going at first but then i realized i wasnt going to let myself off the hook on it and i really focused and pushed through! now i feel great and am getting ready to cook myself something for breakfast....even though its 11:35am...hahah....a little later today i will lift hip/hammie dominant w/ triceps! gotta love this workout! deads.....SLDL.....squats...close grip bench....skullcrushers.... hehehe!! i cant WAIT! ok time to go cook! ill be back later after the workout to log it! |

| Pink Members | i love that you love reading my thread!!! ![]() i just finished my workout! i swear it took me forever to actually get out there and do it but now that i have i am glad i did and i feel great! heres what i did: Hip/Hammie dominant + triceps: deadlifts: 3x5 ~ 195lbs SLDL: 3x5 ~ 115lbs atf squats: 2x8 ~ 70lbs close grip bench press: 3x5 ~ 90lbs skullcrushers: 2x8 ~ 55lbs db triceps extentions: 2x8 ~ 20lbs post wo cardio: 10 min i started with the deadlifts....man they felt great with 195! my grip was strong! I LOVE THESE! SLDL were next...i kept that barbell super close to my thighs and shins on the way down and up....i was so proud! great burn! squats were the quad accessory....these went perfectly! close grip bench press was perfect at 90lbs! i felt totally in control and by the last few reps i was really feelin a major tricep burn! skullcrushers were absolutely challenging at 55lbs! last week i used 50lbs....MUCH harder at 55lbs! LOL db triceps extentions were last and man did they finish me off! my left tricep esp got torn up today....i almost failed the last 2 reps of the 2nd set! can anyone say NOODLE ARMS? hehehehee!!! immediately after lifting i hopped on the exercise bike for 10 minutes! |
