deadlifts: 1x5 ~ 165lbs 2x5 ~ 185lbs
SLDL: 1x8 ~ 115lbs, 2x5 ~ 115lbs
ATF squats: 2x10 ~ 65lbs
close grip bench press: 3x5 ~ 85lbs
bb skullcrushers: 2x8 ~ 45lbs

post workout ss cardio on exercise bike: 15 minutes

i started with deads....165lbs went much too easy for the first set so i upped the weight to 185 and they felt much more challenging! i also did not use straps and am proud of how strong my grip is getting! so kewl!
SLDL went great! i accidentally did 8 reps for the first set when i meant to do 3 sets of 5....lol....but no worries....i just finished the last 2 sets with 5...
squats were FANTASTIC! both sets went perfectly and i didnt pause longer than i should have in between reps....they just went up and down smooth as pie! yay!
close grip bench press was next...these felt fantastic at 85lbs...nice! skullcrushers were also really good....these felt fantastic with 45lbs!!!

immediately after the workout i hopped on the exercise bike for 15 minutes!

i feel GREAT!!
PJ, I mean this in the most respectful way, and no offense to your husband, but there is nothing sexier than a woman doing full deadlifts. And with 185!!!!

You're on the path, and i'm glad to be here to see it all.

i just finished my workout!

heres what i did:

Horizontal Push/Pull:
back/chest

rack pulls: 3x5 ~ 195lbs
bent over rows: 2x8 ~ 85lbs
flat bench press: 3x5 ~ 95lbs
incline db bench: 1x8 ~ 30lbs, 1x8 ~ 35lbs
pushups: 2x8 ~ BW

post lifting cardio: 15 minutes on exercise bike

i started with rack pulls....NO STRAPS BABY! hehehe!! i used a mixed grip w/ my left hand having a suppinated and my right having pronated for the first 2 sets...these went great and were REALLY challenging....the last set i switched my grip to a mixed grip but the opposite of the last 2.....left was pronated and right was suppinated....this was a lot harder for me! i almost lost my grip by the 5th rep of the last set!
bent over rows went magnificently! i used PERFECT form and REALLY felt strongk on these! woot!
flat bb bench press was next. i decided to up the weight from the 85lbs last week....man the 95lbs felt SO GOOD! i swear i didnt want to stop doing these tonight! all 3 sets went super smoothly! i am STOKED! i KNOW i can increase this weight next week! YEAHHH BABY!!
incline db bench press was next....the first set of 8 went way too easily with the 30lb dbs so i upped it to 35lb dbs for the last set and it felt better....honestly i think i can go to the 40lb dbs for these next time!!
last for the chest i did pushups....on my knees....leaning WAY in...going ALL the way down and back up....CHALLENGING!
immediately following lifting i hopped on the exercise bike for 15 minutes fairly brisk cardio! GAWD I FEEL GREAT!

What is the breakdown of all that fat? And you lost 100 lbs on that diet? I am not being sarcastic, I am just trying to figure out why you are eating like this?

Some people do well using fat as a replacement energy source over carbs. It doesn't work for me at all.

I wondered the same thing, but it is working for her.
