Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 85    |  ok...its official....im hormonal...hahahaaa...i woke up feeling like i wanted to kick someones ass....ANYONES ASS...  i knew i must be getting PMS day before yesterday when i was sensitive about posting articles ( like a moron...hahha)...and then last night i thought dawg was getting upset with me in the BFL thread....and he really wasnt...UGH!....i even kinda picked a fight with my hubby yesterday because he looked at me funny.... i think ill take a day to stay away from the computer as much as i can until after my workout later....i cant post when im PMSing or i end up getting myself into trouble and saying things i normally wouldnt say...im just better off keeping my trap shut today and just chillin sucks being a woman sometimes....bleck! hahahaa have a great day everyone! :fruity: BTW i have DOMS...in my HAMMIES not my quads.... :mask: |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 85 | thanks so much joed and D...i appreciate the comments so much! i AM STRONG...heheheee and i am feeling tons better, although i didnt get to the grocery store yet today. i started out going to get gas so i COULD go to the store..but the stoopid damn telecheck thing said they wouldnt take my check...WTF? i have never ever bounced a check so i was perplexed! i went ahead and paid debit for the gas, and called the telecheck company. they said for some reason my activities lately sent up a red flag so i was unable to write a check...huh? this didnt make any sense...they tried to explain that it didnt mean i was a bad person, or even that i had bounced any checks ( i havent!) or done anything wrong...but i STILL didnt understand. i mean wth? i have had this particular checking account for over 2 years and never had any trouble writing checks or anything...and now out of the blue i am tagged as a threat of some sort? bullshit...simply bullshit....i finally told the lady to give me someone who could at least help me instead of just giving me excuses, so she connected me with the manager on duty. this lady was very nice, but still couldnt explain WHY this had happened...she said she made note on my account that i shouldnt be flagged, and if i DO HAPPEN to get flagged again to just call and they will call my bank and verify that i have the funds in the account and all will be fine. well to me THATS BULLSHIT! what a pain in the ass to have a whole cart full of groceries all rung up and ready to go, people waiting in line for me to be finished, only to have some bogus thing come up so they wont take my check? then to have to go stand somewhere waiting for them to verify i have the money? makes me feel like a criminal! AND...hubby gets his check TODAY...so i always go shopping, write a check, and then put the funds in when he gets home to cover the check...if that damn red flag came up and they called to verify if i had the funds i wouldnt have the ******* funds yet! so i said fuggit and didnt go shopping. i will just wait and do it tomorrow i guess....pain in the ass to go with the kids on saturday though...i totally prefer to do it on fridays while they are at school! this has been a total pain in the ass for me today...you can bet i will be writing a letter to telecheck and bitching someone out...hahaha....in the nicest way possible of course... soooooo....what did i do? i went home and took a 3 hour nap! hehehee....i feel great now! yay! i will do my workout tonight... thats my exciting day so far...hahahha.... |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 85 | whohooooo! well work it i did!! it was a fun evening and an even MORE fun morning!! hehhee....gawd i love weekends! :bigthumbu busy day planned today...gotta go to the grocery store and then out to the neighbors camphouse to do the pool cleaning again....luckily ill have the kids and hubby with me today to help out scrubbing the sides and bottom of the pool, so it outta be a lot faster than the 3 hours it took last week! WHEW! i plan to do my Verticle Push/Pull later once we get home... hope everyone has a fantastic weekend! i didnt take the time to log my food yesterday, but all was right on track... tomorrow is cheat day! yay! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 85 | its been a good day! we got the groceries bought n paid for.....made it to the neighbors pool house to do the pool cleaning...stayed and shot some pool on the pool table over there at the camphouse and played a little ping pong...the kids swam and jumped on the trampoline...fun stuff! we were half way to the next town.....the town with the chinese restaurant...heheheeee...so we decided to go there and order take out...YUM! i was such a good girl too! i ate moo goo gai pan and had hot and sour soup...but i stayed away from the bad bad crab puffs! yay!! right now everyone is laying around...i think i am the only one awake! :fruity: TIS WONDERFUL!! its sooooooooo quiet.....man i love quiet! 10 minutes until the Texans play the Cowboys! GOOOOOOOOOO TEXANS! you can bet everyone will be awake once the game starts....i am one of those obnoxious ( MOI? NAHHHHHH! hahahhahaaaaaa) football fans that screams and hollers at the top of my lungs all throughout the entire game! YIPPEEEE! :weird: i LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEEEEE football! later on i will do my workout.... :mask: hope everyones kewl and having fun today! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 85 | OMG what a night...we had these scarey storms come through...i hate storms! i had just finished working out and me and the kiddos were in the living room when all of a sudden this HUGE gust of wind hit the house and blew open the front door! this was enough to freak us all out, so we went outside to look and see what was going on....even though it was dark the sky was this weird greenish orange color, and when we looked UP it was obvious that the clouds were going in a circular direction...YIKES...i looked over to the west and there it was....a funnel cloud! OMG OMG OMG...this scared the beezejus out of me! it was an actual TORNADO...and all around us were wisps of more funnel clouds forming and then dissapating....there was lighteneing and thunder and wind all around, but no rain....scarey scarey scareyyyy! we ran in the house and shut all the doors...woke up hubby and told him what we saw....he seemed quite calm and told us all to chill out and stop being scared...that everything was gonna be ok...but GAWD! we were freaked out! Luckily nothing happened...whatever the storm was finally passed...but there for a little while we were scared shitless! we live in a damn trailer and if we get hit by a tornado we are in BIG trouble! whew...i am so glad its gone....that was some freaky shit. ok...its way late...but i am happy to say i got in my workout!! YIPPEE! Verticle Push/Pull: pullups: 6x4@BW db pullovers: 5x5@45lbs bb rows: 4x6@110lbs ( 2 pronated, 2 suppinated) db military press: 1x5@35lbs 5x4@35lbs cubans: 5x5@39lbs rear delt raises: 3 drop sets ( 8/4) @ 10lbs/7.5lbs seated calf raises: 4x12@150lbs ok...the pullups were still not REAL pullups...basically bench pullups...but im getting better and better at them! the db pullovers is with the 45lb db...i love these...they really feel wonderful! i am pleased with the bb rows..i upped the weights this time from last time and really felt them...i actually kinda felt like i wanted to puke after i did these....YEAH! hahahaa the db military presses were with 35lb dumbbells and OMG they were freaking HARD...i started out doing 1 set of 5 and then i realized i was supposed to be doing 6 sets of 4, so the next reps i did were of 4....whew...very very difficult! cubans were next...i upped the weights to 40lbs this time and i really felt these in my shoulders...the last set kinda irritated my right shoulder...but no pain really...just a sore burn...maybe 40lbs is too heavy? at any rate i made it through... next were the rear delt raises...i did the 3 drop sets with the 10lbs and 7.5lbs and man were my shoulders aching like crazy by the time i was done doing these! whohoooo! last i did 4 sets of 12 seated calf raises...my calves were really really burning on these...a few times my right calf cramped up and i had to relax a sec...but i kept going afterwards and felt great about it! good workout! i am now going to crash and burn....hopefully i wont wake up in the land of OZ....hahahahaaaaaa |
