WOW!! i took a long bath earlier and then layed on the couch....next thing i knew i was out like a light! hahahah!! my body was like WTF? hehe! im glad i woke up when i did....it was 5 minutes before having to go get the kids from school! ack! eating has been spot on today.....and after i did the workout i knew tonight would be successful....theres something to not wanting to mess up an already perfect day yanno? it feels nice! i think ill keep it up....shhhhhh dont tell anyone! |

| Pink Members | morning ironmass! well i must say i have been looking at the IMPC pictures and i am so proud of everyone who joined! if i had had my head on straight i would have joined too....but i can still DO the workouts and eat right right along with everyone so i have decided to do my own little PPC...hahaha! i will take some before pictures this evening or tomorrow morning and then i will post updates every month until the IMPC is over! this will help me stay focused!! yay! although im not too thrilled at showing how much weight i gained back i have to start somewhere right?? :clapping: ok time to go to work...ill be back soon! | Pink Members | oh hell i dunno...im skeered to join the impc....lolOH MY GAWD YALL MY LEGS ARE NOODLES! :clapping: as soon as i got home from my errands i got right outside and did my workout....it was Quad dominant w/ biceps today and man oh man did it kick my ass! heres what i did: ATF squats: 5x5 ~ 85lbs lunges: 3x8 ~ BW SLDL 3x8 ~ 85lbs <--hammie accessory BB curls: 5x5 ~ 45lbs DB curls: 3x8 ~ 15lbs hammer curls: 3x8 ~ 15lbs ok....so i started with the squats. its been a really long time since i did any squats so i was a TINY BIT skeered....lol...i stayed relatively light with the weight and everything went great! eyes up....ass back and down...breathing throughout...awesome! by the third set i could feel my quads under my fat legs aching and screaming for more! by the 5th set i was dying but i felt so damn good! i also cleaned the barbell for all 5 sets...this in itself is a workout!!! hahah!! next i HAD planned on doing leg extentions but when i got over there i realized someone has lost the little pin thing that i need to put in the leg extention thingy so it will be at proper height for my knees....boo hoo.....so i switched to lunges even though i didnt want to....hahaha....i can honestly say that the lunges practically killed me! i didnt even use any weight with them at all and they still were the hardest damn thing i have done in like forever! ugh! hahaha! i suffered through all 3 sets of 8 but man i didnt like one freaking second of it. i also forgot that when i do lunges i have to wear shoes or i bend my toes back too far and they hurt afterward...now they hurt....but its ok....at least i did the farkers! LOL ok....hammie accessory was next....SLDL...these felt fabulous....they targeted my hammies in a big way! all 3 sets of 8 went very smoothly! NOODLICIOUS! ok biceps were next....i started with the barbell curls....only loaded up 45lbs on the barbell but they felt perfect so i stayed at that weight for the entire 5 sets. man did i miss these....i can definitely increase that weight very soon. db curls were next....as silly as it sounds that i only used 15lb dbs for these i did....hahah.....they felt good....a little challenging but nothing too much....i am sure 20lbs would do the trick next time. same with hammer curls....the 15lbs wasnt TOO heavy...it was just a tad NOT heavy enough....but by the last set of 8 i had a nice ache going so i was pleased! WHHOHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! 2 workouts in a row! hahahahah!!!!! i forgot to mention that TOM showed up this morning....yuck...i am SUPER bloated so im not taking pictures today....ill take them in a few days once TOM is gone! |

| Pink Members | wow its been a busy day! i worked for the neighbor today....went shopping for her and took her granddaughter and my kids to lunch....lol....after that i was able to go get my own groceries so now i am all stocked up on Low Carb legals and i am pumped! no workout today....i am SO sore i know i need to rest one day....tomorrow i will do hip/hammie workout! it honestly feels really good to have my mind back into the workout mode...no more than 2 days off PERIOD as far as that goes....i know from experience that i cant give myself any leeway in that regard. eating has been PURRRRRRRRRRRFECT! im super happy! ok time to get to the chores around here! hugs ya'll! |

| Pink Members | ok so i just finished my workout! yay! hehehe! at first i thought i was spozed to do hip/hammies for the workout but then i realized its Verticle Push/Pull today! heres what i did: cable pulldowns: 5x5 ~ 75lbs rear pulldowns: 1x8 ~ 50lbs, 2x8 ~ 60lbs bent over rows: 3x8 ~ 65lbs seated db raises: 5x5 ~ 20lbs db upright rows: 3x8 ~ 15lbs rear delt raises: 2 drop sets (10/5) ~ 7.5lbs, 5lbs i started with the cable pulldowns today....75lbs wasnt EXTREMELY difficult but i stuck with it anyway....by the 4th and 5th sets i really FELT THEM! rear pulldowns were next....since i know from experience that i cant use as much weight on the rear pulldowns as the front ones i lowered the weight to only 50lbs....but the first set was way too easy so i added 10lbs and did the last 2 sets with 60lbs....MUCH better! bent over rows were last for back...i used 65lbs on these and MAN did they feel great! whohoooo! shoulder stuff was next....since i have a history of shoulder prollems i stayed fairly light on my weights....20lbs each dumbbell still didnt feel heavy enough for the seated db raises so next time i will raise the weight to 25lbs each db. overall though these felt very good....just not heavy enough... db upright rows were next...15lbs each dumbbell was perfect! i got a great burn on these! last were the rear delt raises....i did two drop sets of 10/5 on these....7.5lbs for the higher set and 5lbs for the lower. fantastic burn in my rear delts on these! overall i am super pleased that i got this workout done! i was seriously going down hill earlier....even laid down and almost had a nap but got myself up and out the door to the workout! yay me! |

ACK! hahah! well at least i get paid! possibly cardio only day but we will see....i might end up lifting....im kinda craving it today for some reason.... eating has been right on track! yay! |
