well this morning the mobile home guy came and fixed the prollem with all the appliances etc....apparantly there was a bolt that hadnt been tightened on the electric pole so only half the amount of electric was getting to the house...i am SO glad he saw that! now everything is working perfectly! so kewl!

in just a few minutes we will be leaving for the hotel in houston...jacuzzi and superbowl time! woot!

whoooooo that was a great superbowl! i enjoyed it sooo much and we had a lot of fun! it was really nice to come home to a kick ass new place too...man its really really nice to feel good about where we live again!

tomorrow is my newest day 1...lol...gonna start over and this time hopefully i wont get sick or sidetracked!

dayum straight dexy! i enjoyed the game and am really proud of the Colts...i knew the minute they won the championship game that they would win the superbowl....it was the most entertaining superbowl in a LONG time

ok im back to it! today is Day 1 of low carb....now that i am all moved into the new place and dont have anything sidetracking me i am gonna try my hardest to stick to plan and lose some of this weight!:clapping:

thanks for checking in on me!

the saga continues...lol....it took the A/C guy close to 5 hours to install the unit and get it all wired up....only to find out that the thermostat is bad and they need to order a new one...of COURSE! THANK GAWD it's not in the heat if the summer! hahahahaa...the poor dogs were MISERABLE locked up in my room the whole time....all they did was bark and whine....they were so excited to get out when the guy left they almost knocked me over when i opened the door! silly poochies!

the A/C peeps will be back first thing in the morning to install the thermostat...hopefully it wont take too long cuz i have to work! i dont feel comfortable leaving the house open and letting strangers wander around so i will have to be here until they are done..."supposedly" it will only take 30 minutes or so...but we all know how that goes!!! im gonna bet on an hour or 2 and be pleasantly surprised when its less! LOL

eating has been relatively good so far today...i had coffee w/ sweet n low and sugarfree creamer with a few ham roll ups w/ pineapple for breakfast....for lunch i had beanless chili w/ cheese and a tablespoon sour cream...more coffee w/ S&L and s/f creamer...
i realize the chili isnt really low carb but i figure if i keep things ultra low carb from this point on i will be fine...now that i look at what i have eaten on paper it doesnt seem as bad as i was thinking it was...the guilt from eating the chili was making me feel like i had already ruined the days macros but i dont think it has...all i have to do is stay focused from this point on....i know that the evenings are way tough for me so i have to make a point to be AWARE of how i am feeling and WHY and then NOT eat mindlessly...i need to find something to replace food with during those bored or stressed moments....

ok...time to watch GH and get ready to pick up the kids! hugs!

well things have been slow starting for me....i have been doing good on low carb and then not so good.....its a vicious circle right now but i am trying to find the mindset i need to do this...i know i CAN do it....i know i WANT to do it...so why am i resisting so much? i spoze its all a timing issue....hopefully my time is coming....im never giving up....ever!

whoa i just heard that anna nicole Smith died...i wonder what happened....
