well the meeting was swift but encouraging....the guy says he can definitely get the new trailer onto the property and will take away the old one that same day! soooo kewl! obviously we do not know what day exactly this will be, but i dont even care! im just hoping all the paperwork etc etc will go smoothly from here on out!!

off to work i go!

ok....i just finished my workout! yippee!

Verticle Push/Pull:

wide grip pulldowns: 3x12 ~ 50lbs
rear pulldowns: 1x12 ~40lbs, 2x12 ~ 50lbs
db pullover: 3x12 ~ 35lbs
military press: 1x10 ~ 65lbs, 1x8 ~ 65lbs, 1x7 ~ 65lbs
db press: 1x8 ~ 20lbs, 1x12 ~ 15lbs, 1x12 ~ 15lbs
db upright rows: 3x12 ~ 15lbs

ok...so much lighter weights and higher reps with 30 sec rest intervals...man those higher reps suck! hahahahah
the wide grip pulldowns were nice...at first they felt too light but once i continued on they got harder and harder! kewl!
rear pulldowns were good too...i felt these in my upper back area...i started with 40lbs but it was just a tad too light to i upped to 50lbs and felt much better!
db pullovers went great! i love those!
military press kicked my ass even with lighter weights! i cant believe how much strength i have lost in that area! hopefully it will come back soon....
db press also killed! ugh man weak shoulders! talk about a major burn!!
upright rows were last and felt great considering my shoulders are aching like crazy! lol

whohooo! i did it!

eating is right on track too! yay!

eating is still way on track! soooo kewl!

today i am busy half the morning working for my neighbor.....after that i must go to the store and buy all the turkey day fixins! i cant believe how soon it is until thanksgiving!

thought id take a sec out of the Texans game to say hi! so far its been a good game! go texans!


im off plan again.....isnt it interesting that AGAIN is A Gain when you look more closely? ugh dammit i dont wanna gain! i had lost 4lbs in the last few days and now i am screwing up "minimally"...basically i had a few pretzels...a few drinks....and a hamburger on white wheat with about 10 tater tots dipped in ketchup....nothing super serious but still....i really need to get a grip and get back on very low carb for at LEAST 2 weeks.....as a matter of fact i really need to start SOON....like now really...hahaha....but thats not gonna happen today since im already buzzed....how about i start the day AFTER thanksgiving?? hahahaaaaa......sigh......

i think ill just kick back and enjoy the games today...next is the Cowboys vs. Colts game and i CANT miss that! hahahah goooooooo COLTS! shhhhhhhhh! hahahaha.....

Hey Pammiegirl,

We are all have our weaknesses, whether it is drinks or food. My weakness is sweets. What I do to stay on course is baby steps. First, you gotta make sure your poison is not in the house. I clear out all sweets or at least freeze them...out of sight, out of mind. Then, it one meal at a time, eating properly. If you screw up one meal, eat perfectly on the next one. You have be patient with yourself. We will all get there, in time, weight loss is a never ending journey for us natural endomorphs. Keep your chin up, sweets!

well OK...ENOUGH IS ENOUGH...lol...the turkey-day holidays are over and its time for me to get serious and go strong on low carb for at LEAST a month!

everything went fine for us these last few days...we ate tons of food on turkey day (and every day after until today...lol) but the food's all gone now and i am ready to go low carb! whew! it was nice to spend time with my hubby and kids though....and damn i make great turkey and pie! heheeee

we pet-sat for my neighbors daughters doggie while she and my neighbor and family all went on a cruise...this cute little doggy was so sweet and it was funny to watch her adjust to being around my big dogs! her entire body is smaller than my Sammy's head!!! but everyone was good at least and i was able to relax and not worry that one of them would eat the puppy! or accidentally step on it! hahah...they came back last night so now we no longer have the cute doggy....its good to be back to normal honestly....but it was a fun little job while it lasted.
WE ALSO FOUND OUT THAT (oops caps)my neighbor lady fell while they were on the cruise...on an excursion into mexico... she fell and broke her shoulder! ouch! poor thing!!

i got a call from the restaurant last night...we will meet tomorrow night to get the menu and talk about everything. i hope it turns out to be FUN! they are going to be closed sundays so i will most likely work thurs, fri and sat nights! awesome!

ok wow lets see....today is sunday....ill watch football all day and clean house and do laundry. GO TEXANS!
