| Pink Members | it was a great day today....i cleaned like a crazy woman and did laundry ALL day! you can actually see the floor in the laundry room! amazing! hahahaa...i had to hang everything outside on the line to dry though....so it was a very painful day walking up and down the stairs! ugh! hahaha...i do have some L-glutimine around here....i think ill take some and see if it helps with these hellacious DOMS! whoaaaa! after i had decided to take a break from all the work i had done i turned on a fan to cool down and the outlet started sparking! omg! i ran to the breaker box and flipped every single breaker we had...hahah....i wasnt sure which is was so i figured what the hell...lol...then i had a look at the outlet and couldnt figure out WTF to do with it...the bolts it was screwed in with wouldnt come out no matter how i tried....so i cut the dayum thing out and cut the wires....lol...called huby to get further instruction and he told me for the time being to just tape the wires seperately with electrical tape and he would help me with it soon....i did this but didnt know i was supposed to connect the same colored wires before taping so i taped everything seperatly....after i was done i realized that even after turning on all the breakers the bedroom and livingroom electricity was still OFF...argh! so i called hubby again and he told me to connect the same colored wires and then tape them together so i got it all figured out and had my power back thank goodness! i felt so helpful! hahaha.....interestingly while i had to turn back on the breakers i turned on the breaker that we thought had gone out for the dryer and it worked again! YAY! so there will no longer be any running to the laundrymat to dry clothes or hanging them out on the line! now i can dry anytime i want again....SUCH a relief!! i still am confused as to why it didnt work before...but whatever! hahaha eating was spot on today! i am absolutely certain now that i will remain eating the way i am...it FEELS right and makes me happy....i didnt realize how much i missed eating low carb until now....honest to gawd! i havent felt this good in MONTHS! i was so busy cleaning i didnt do my cardio like i had planned...ill do something tomorrow....i dont think i will lift hip/hammie workout until thursday because i am still so so sore in my leggies....seriously i am EXTREMELY SORE! i can get in some form of cardio tomorrow for sure!! heres my macros for today: Total:1763 Fat:128 1156 66% Sat:35 319 18% Poly:2 20 1% Mono:12 105 6% Carbs:16 57 3% Fiber:2 0 0% Protein:133 531 30% Alcohol:0 0 0% heres what i ate: meal 1: mcds scrambled eggs + mcds sausage patty + 2 slices bacon meal 2: 3 oz chicken breast + 1 oz monterray jack cheese meal 3: 7 oz summer sausage + 3 g s/f b&b pickles meal 4: 5 oz pork loin + 1/2 c. romaine + 1/2 c. lettuce + 1/4 small tomatoe + 1 large slice of onion + 1 med strip carrot + 2 TBs hidden valley ranch dressing + 1 TBs cheddar cheese i realize the mcds wasnt the best option but we had run out of eggs and i had a craving for them but was too lazy to go buy some at the store...hahaha...i was still dressed in my pjs and was barefooted when i took the kids to school so this is when i ran through the drivethru...BELIEVE ME a few days ago (5 to be exact....) it would have been very very worse.....lmao.... anyhooo i am totally please because my DAY 5 ROCKED! |

| Pink Members | whohooo i just finished my hip/hammie dominant workout and i feel womderful! ROCK ON! heres what i did: deadlifts: 1x5 ~ 165lbs, 3x5 ~ 180lbs SLDL: 4x6 ~115lbs leg extentions: 3x12 ~ 70lbs close grip bench press: 4x5 ~85lbs standing overhead extentions: 4x6 ~ 40lbs seated db extentions: 4x6 ~ 20lbs ok....so deads were first...i was a little nervous about these today considering i am still so sore from doing quads a few days ago, but i knew i needed to get this done so i jumped right in and started with 165lbs...all 5 reps were fairly easy so i decided to up the weight to 180....these were perfect....they really really burned BIGfreakingTIME...heh...i was challenged to say the least...but i got through all the sets and felt like a zillion bucks afterwards! SLDL followed...i decided to make my stance a little more narrow than i have been on these....gawd could i tell the difference! these hurt like a sunuva! kick azz! leg extentions were next....since these were the quad accessory i went a little lighter with higher reps obviously....the 70lbs was really pretty easy for the first 6 in each set...hahah....but the last 6 were very challenging! after those leggie exercises i went into triceps shtuff... close grip bench press was first....i loaded up 85lbs and did really well with it....i can go heavier next week prolly....we shall see... standing overhead extentions were next....i use the cambered bar on these and love them! great burn! seated db extentions were last...i used 20lb db for these and omg those last 2 sets were killer! da arms...da arms...da arms are on fiyah... i am STOKED! i would also like to mention that i watched the Jericho and Smith season premieres on innertube and loved them both! gawd i so love innertube! as soon as nbc and abc get with it in that regard we will be set! although i did notice that nbc has started their finally....its called NBC 24/7...not as many kewl things as innertube but at least its running! ABC has something too but it sux so far...only shows previews...blech....give me full episodes or nada i say! heheheh oh...and that movie Hard Candy is totally INTENSE!!!! i recommend it! |

Wow girl, you are eating more cholesterol and saturated fat in one day than I eat in 3 or 4 days. 1300 calories isn't much for your size. Will you be able to continue losing weight (fat?) on that small amount? Why not fill out the diet with a bit more carbs (oatmeal, brown rice and fiberous veggies) and ease up on the egg yolks and bacon? It is possible to restrict your diet and still have healthy meals. *

| Pink Members | hi rad....yeahhh yesterday was a weird eating day....haha....and i appreciate your input on the sitcheashun....but thats not how i usually eat! i am not eating any types of breads or pastas or anything right now because i am on "induction" of the atkins plan i did when i first was able to lose 100lbs....im just kinda flying free like i did before and watching to see how my body reacts to things....i understand all about the whole grains/ fresh fruits/ etc etc but am choosing right now not to eat those things.... so great to see you! thanks for stopping by! |
