| Pink Members | Hip/Hamstring dominant workout w/ triceps: deadlifts: 1x2@250 <--PR!! 1x3@240lbs, 3x5@225lbs leg curls: 1x5@55lbs, 1x11@60lbs SLDL: 1x8@155lbs lunges: 3x10@BW close grip bench press: 4x5@95lbs, 1x5@85lbs db triceps extentions: 3x8@15lbs cable pushdowns: 1x10@70lbs, 2x10@60lbs OMG! i am STOKED that i was able to do a set of 2 with the 250lbs today! wow! its really a trip using this new barbell compared to my old one....this one is a regular olympic sized one...my old one was one of those you buy from walmart...hahahha...BIG difference....i felt like i had a lot more control with the longer bar....what a nice feeling! after the 1 set of 2 with the 250lbs i had to lower to 240lbs for the next set...i could only punch out 3 with good form so i once again lowered the weight to 225lbs and knocked out the last 3 sets of 5 no prollem! by the end of these i was totally soaked in sweat! i also now have a few scrapes and bruises on my shins...this barbell is also a lot rougher than my old one! i kept smacking my legs during the deads but there was no way in hell i was gonna lose concentration! leg curls were next....these went weird....i hopped on and did 1 set of 5 with 55lbs no prollem....so i hopped off and upped the weight to 60lbs....just as i was getting ready for my second set i realized i should have done 8 reps but it was too late...so i added 3 more on to the next set to catch up. my knees were feeling VERY uncomfortable though...its like maybe the leg curl thing isnt adjusted right....was really starting to hurt by the second set so i decided to ditch them and i immediately punched out 1 set of 8 SLDL with 155lbs. for my quad accessory i decided to do lunges since i didnt do them on quad day....today it was 3 sets of 10....OMG....i have been having trouble with 3 sets of 8 and here i am asking myself to do sets of 10....holy hell it almost killed me but i made it through all 3 sets and practically collapsed at the end! gawd i hate those biatches! not sure if i mentioned how sore my triceps are today from the db pullovers i did the other day...but i worked them hard anyway.... close grip bench presses were first on the list...i hammered out 4 sets of 5 with 95lbs before i absolutely had to lower to 85lbs for the last set. db triceps extentions were next...i only used 15lbs but man did these feel great! i got a nice stretch! last were the cable pushdowns...i started with 70lbs! but could only do one set of 10 before lowering to 60lbs for the last 2 sets! | Pink Members | i woke up today all ready to kick the houses ass and get it totally clean...hahahhaa well alarmingly i havent gotten ANY of the house done...hahah....got a call from the neighbor and had to go out to her camphouse and clean while the pool maintenance guy was fixing the pool backwash thingy...it has been screwed up and spewing sand back into the pool everytime the pump got turned on so i was just vacuuming it for nada each time....UGH! they finally got it all cleaned up and fixed and got the pool looking sparkly and i will maintain it from here...whew! i swear i was getting pretty pissed about how hard it was to keep that thing clean! hahaha...im SO GLAD its going to be a little easier here on out! so that took me about 3 hours....i am just home eating a chicken caesar salad w/ swiss cheese and onions instead of croutons...YUM....i found this totally delish lite caesar dressing....bought a head of romain....cooked beef and chicken fajitas on the grill last night so we had leftover chicken....walah! a fantastic salad! gawd i love eating low carb! ALSO....i stepped on the scale at the neighbors house....although i am still SHOCKED at my weight on the scale i have lost almost 10lbs from almost 2 months ago! Yay! im trying not to get too caught up in the scale weight....i have always weighed way more than everyone around me even when i wasnt fat, so i know i am just SOLID...but i still cant help but be thrilled at the drop on the scale....and it wasnt even first thing in the morning before eating! i had already eaten TWICE and it was about 12:30 in the afternoon when i stepped on the scale! Yay! i think i am on the right track eating lower carb....as much as i do NOT want to admit it...hahaha.... i sincerely believe my body runs more efficiently on a low carb eating plan! so im going with it! ok...i need to finish eating and clean up this house a little. i will lift later after i get the kiddos from school...no time today before i have to go get them! ack! ill be back later! |

| Pink Members | yes yes you can have ALL my carbs babies...i will get some once i reach goal ok? lol aiiight well i pretty much failed tonight....was totally depleted by dinner time....wanted to lift but just didnt have the fire that i usually do so i decided to listen to my body and relax.....decided to have a few vodka/diet cokes....did VERY well with my eating AFTER i had a buzz so i am totally happy....tomorrow i will lift no matter what! heres my macros for the day...
