| Pink Members | awww ya'll are sweet....hahahha im tryin at least! i just finished a kick ass workout and post lifting cardio! yay me! Quad dominant w/ biceps: ATF squats: 5x5@120lbs lunges: 3x8@BW SLDL: 3x10@104lbs <--hammie accessory bb curls: 3x5@60lbs, 2x5@54lbs db curls: 3x8@15lbs drag curls: 3x10@29lbs ok....i started with the squats obviously....didnt want to overdo it since just coming off being a little sick so i kept the weight at 120lbs for all 5 sets of 5....i was challenged as hell and got a great screamin out of my quads by the 3rd set! whohooooo! wake up pammie! hahaha to top all that screamin off i followed squats with lunges...i can still only use bodyweight on these for reps of 8....but i can tell i am getting stronger. its usually after the very first set that i want to give up but today i got all the way through with the second set before i wanted to die...heheh...but i held out and toughed my way through it. strangely my toes always hurt after i do lunges...like i am bending them too much or something....since i workout barefooted maybe this is happening....ill have to remember to wear shoes next time and see if it feels better that way. i hate lunges. hammie accessory was last for leggies....i used 104lbs on the barbell for the SLDL....but today i bent my knees a little and really stuck my butt out and kept that bar right to my legs all the way up and down and i got the MOST KILLER burn in my hammies! holy crap! it was HARD! biceps were next.. barbell curls were great with 60lbs for the first 3 set but i had to lower for the last 2....i noiced i was starting to sway my body with that 60lbs on that third set so i lowered to keep form solid. nice pump in my biceps! db curls were next....i only used 15lbs on the db today....still....for 8 reps i get a good workout. drag curls were last...these are challenging for rep of 10! i used 29lbs and i think it might have been a TAD too light but i still felt it bigtime by those last reps each set...oye! immediately after lifting i hopped on the exercise bike for 15 min sscardio! great workout! |

| Pink Members | everything went great for me today! good eating...a tad above maintenance today and yesterday but nothing too bad....today it was all clean eating just a little more than i wanted...TOM showed so i was quite ravenous. i really need to look for some primrose oil! its supposed to be very helpful with PMS and i have noticed mine getting worse and worse! bites! im tired! that workout is already making me feel sore! so kewl! see ya'll tomorrow! |
