Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 27 | Hey Pammie, Look at your workouts and HIIT sessions, you're a women on a MISSION! I'm very impressed at your discipline avoiding take-out. It really takes a gut reaction to follow thru on something like that. Way to go! Hope the shoulder is doing better...have you been icing it? It helps to ease any inflammation. Also, I recommend gentle stretching when your able to move it without pain and wincing. Have a wonderful weekend, sweets ![]() |

| Pink Members | morning! well today is sunday....all but one kid is still asleep...hubby is at work....and its nice and cool outside! im thinking about going out and starting a fire to sit by out in the back..its one of those mornings! i LOVE quiet, cool sunday mornings! i will work leggies today and biceps..but LATER! heehe my youngest son is ill...he has a stomach bug poor guy....threw up once already and is now sleeping in my bed....hope he doesnt throw up in there!!:fingersxd the oldest son WAS feeling ill but he hasnt gotten up yet so i dunno how he feels today.... my daughter feels fine....hubby feels fine...and i have this weird rash that i am almost certain is due to a virus....quite possibly the same one the boys are ill from....its been driving me NUTS and all i can figure is that i am either having an allergic reaction to something ( for almost 2 weeks now?), i have some sort of skin thing like poison oak or sumak....OR its a virus.... seems kinda like now that the kids are getting sick it might be a virus....gawsh i hope they dont get this rash! ok...nuff ramblin...im outta here! have a fab sunday! |

Quad dominant w/ biceps: ATF squats: 5x5@124lbs lunges: 3x8@BW SLDL: 3x10@104lbs <--hammie accessory bb bicep curls: 5x5@49lbs db bicep curls: 3x8@15lbs each db hammer curls: 3x10@15lbs each I started with the squats as always...really felt it the last few reps of the fourth and fifth sets...hahah...it was like this....fourth set= got to the third rep no prollem but had to pause between third and fourth...pause pause paused after that and then hammered out the last rep...haha...on the fifth set i had to pause after only 2 reps...pause pause third...pause pause pause fourth...pause...gasp...pause pause pause fifth!!! hahahah lunges suck booty....hahah...these were next and my quads were already screaming like babies...lol...but i managed all 3 sets of 8 BARELY....me leggies were noodly big time!! i am used to only doing sets of 5 on the lunges...so sets of 8 really challenged me massively! whew! hammie accessory was last for legs...did SLDL for 3 sets and really REALLY think i worked my legs very good today! theyre toasted! whohoooooooo! moved into biceps next....did 5 sets of 5 with 49lbs....could have gone heavier but i dont wanna risk hurting my shoulder...so i kept it where it was and still got in a great workout. db curls were next....agai used a lighter weight to baby this shoulder, but lemme tell ya 15lb dbs still got difficult after the 5th rep! last were hammer curls w/ dbs...used same weight...15lbs....these felt just right! man i feel pumped! GREAT WO! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | Well, ya know the shed wasn't reallt that expensive. We paid 900 for the 8x10 shed, including floor kit and shingles for the roof. At first we went to Tuff Sheds, but they custom built and we would have had to tear down the fence for them to bring it in and the shed we wanted cost 1400 dollars with them. So we got to keep our fence up, got to built it ourselves and saved money ![]()
