i had planned to do horizontal push/pull tonight but i am listening to my body and it says NO WAY...hahah....after all that window washing today my arms are TOAST! i can barely lift them i am so tired! SO i will postpone the workout until tomorrow...

LOL M....thanks so much sweetypie!

morning everyone!

im a little tired this morning but this coffee is changing that as i type...hehe....ill be perky and annoying in no time!

i am excited about my Horizontal Push/Pull workout today...i really really love working back and chest....i love the burn i get in my pecs and upper back the next day....so awesome!
i am supposed to call the neighbor in a little while and get together with her to work again today...she is going on a cruise for 3 week on the 20th so she has a list a mile long of things to get done before she leaves. i think she has 4 ladies working for her too ( including me).....must be nice to be able to afford all that help! course i appreciate the work mucho and am a very hard worker so i get a lot done in the time i am there! yesterday i made great money so hopefully today will be a rerun!
no granny sitting this week....the little old lady is catching a cold or something so the daughter is staying home with her...apparantly she is just going down hill really fast....so so sad....it's only been 3 weeks since she had to leave her home to go to her daughters and already she has lost 20lbs and can barely walk to the restroom by herself...i keep telling myself i shouldnt have gotten into this job because the end is inevitable for her and it will break my heart, but whaddayado? i already love her and think very highly of her...so i will continue to help her until the end if they want me to. hopefully when i am old i will be in good health...thats why me getting into good shape is SO important! people never really think about how things will be when they get old, but since working for this lady i have realized how important good health is....i certainly do not want to be fat and unable to walk etc etc....ugh...needing help from someone to do EVERYTHING....all these horrible thoughts invade my head when i dwell on it....so let's NOT dwell....there's no turning back for me now...i HAVE to stay on track ( and WILL)....getting fit and healthy is a no brainer!

ok nuff of that shtuff...LOL...

time to get up and cook something to eat...i think it'll be super lean ground beef and green beans...possibly some strawberries! yum!

Thanks Pammie for the welcome back. I have really always been here, just did not post. But, I am back and going to try to get this all going again.

well DAMN...i have hurt my right rotator cuff again...OUCH...it's not too bad...and i dont think it will keep me from working out for anything but a day or two...but right now it hurts if i even move my shoulder! UGH!
we were moving some furniture at the neighbors and all of a sudden WHAM! i felt a pull and then a sharp pain up in the RC area...now i cant even bend over without a little pain....i know its nothing SERIOUS but it still hurts like a SOB right now....

dammit


ill soak it and ice it tonight when i get home and take some ibuprofen and reassess the sitcheashun...im just on break right now and have to go back to work after i get the kids from school....:boink:

yup...i am resting it tonight fo sho....im sore as hell!

Day 5 IMPC:

Menu for today:

meal one:
5 oz super lean ground beef + 1 slice provolone + 1 can green beans + 40 oz coffee + 8 sweet n low + 2 Tbs coffeemate

meal two:
can of tuna + 1 Tbs mayo

meal three:
10 oz beef steak + 1 small tomatoe, sliced + 1 slice provolone + 6 large strawberries + 2 sweet n low

meal four:
protein shake + 1 c. skim milk

Macros for today:
Total: 1642
Fat: 67 605 38%
Sat: 27 243 15%

Thoughts:
I had a hard time getting in time to eat today...i was busy all day so i ate when i had a chance...i made up for it at dinner by eating a nice big steak! YUM!
My shoulder is definitely aggravated....i cant even hold a cup in my right hand without feeling it in the top of my shoulder....i wince when i try to use it in any way....sooooo sucks!!
i "should have" been more careful while moving furniture thats for sure....and then when i got back to work after my break i had to move even MORE stuff...i was VERY careful those times though...but still...it aches right now....
but this isnt something new....i definitely hurt it about a year ago and its never been the same since....i will just have to lighten up my weights on some things and take it easy...i know the routine....but first on the list is rest and recovery so i will do cardio tomorrow in the form of steady state on empty and then a HIIT later in the evening...OMG did i just say cardio 2x in one day? yikes...scarey scarey...hahah....have a great night !

BTW...i wanted to share something exciting! tonight everyone got take out for dinner because it was so late when we got home....BUT I DID NOT and WILL NOT! i was so happy because i didnt even WANT IT! i went home and cooked a healthy dinner for myself!! this is BIG!
