You know I have done that about 6 times in my lifetime, it never lasted, as soon as you start eating more carbs I gained weight twice as fast as I lost it! Just sensibly eating is the only thing that keeps the weight off for me and being active. I cannot live without carbs!!!!!!!!! My energy always sucked on it too. Good luck in the IMPC!!!!!! i too had success on low carb...but once i started adding in carbs i too gained....and amazingly fast! hell...i was 224lbs BEFORE the holidays and i am now around 250.....scareyyyyy....but its ok...i have a grip on it now and will NOT let this get any worse! Thanks for the support dahlin! | |

| Pink Members | hiya JJ! the workout went FABULOUS! i am sitting here sweating buckets still! YEAH BABY! hehehee OK...here's the workout: Quad dominant legs ( w/ hammie accessory) + biceps: ATF squats: 5x5@124lbs lunges: 3x8@BW SLDL: 3x10@104lbs BB bicep curls: 1x5@44lbs, 4x5@49lbs drag curls: 3x8@29lbs hammer curls: 3x10@15lbs each OK...i started with those dreaded ATF squats...hahahah...did a few dry sets with just bodyweight and then dove right into it with the 124lbs....these were challenging! i am proud of myself for completing all 5 sets! lunges were next...OMG i hate hate hate hate lunges! i decided to do bodyweight only with these and im damn glad i did...i liked to DIE before all 3 sets of 8 were completed! did i mention how much i hate these biatches? hahahaha hammie accessory was next...i decided on the SLDL...these were KILLER...i got a MAJOR hammie burn and almost didnt make it through that last set! NIIICE! biceps were next....BB curls were first...i started with the 44lb for the first set of 5 but it was a little too light so i upped the weight to 49lbs and felt like it was an appropriate weight for me today. no swaying at all...these make me feel strong and i LOVE how my biceps bulge and my veins start to pop when i do these! drag curls were next...i used 29 lbs on these and thought perhaps it was a tad too light until i got to the 6 or 7th rep...haha...talk about BURN! OMG...keeping that bar to your body and dragging it up isnt as easy as youd imagine! i love these drag curls! last on the list were the hammer curls....i used the 15lb dbs and like the drag curls i thought at first it was too light but ALAS by the 10th rep i was getting a totally killer burn so i kept it at 15 for all sets and was VERY pleased at how i felt afterwards! DAMN GREAT WORKOUT! im looking forward to not being able to walk too well tomorrow! LMAO food was also right freakin on track today! Day 4: meal one: double protein shake + 16 oz coffe + 3 sweet n low + 1 Tbs coffeemate meal two: can of tuna + 1 Tbs mayo + handful roasted peanuts meal three: 8 oz lean beef steak + 6 slices mushrooms + 1/4 c. broccoli meal four: 3 raw broccoli florettes + 2 Tbs spinach dip meal five: 9 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast + 1 c. broccoli + 1/4 c. cheddar cheese meal six: POST WO double protein shake Macros for Day 4: Total: 1945 Fat: 78 706 36% Sat: 26 233 12% Poly: 15 132 7% Mono: 21 191 10% Carbs: 47 145 7% Fiber: 11 0 0% Protein: 273 1090 56% Alcohol: 0 0 0% I FEEL GREAT! time to go get a quick shower and then CRASHOLA! busy day tomorrow! |
