Personally, I feel that we're allowed as many do overs as we need, as long as we don't quit. Um, that tongue smiley is pretty cool. I was noticing it this morning. | Pink Members | well hell...i have been advised by my docotor to NOT take the Dicana since i might have some sort of thyroid issues.....the dicana messes around in that area so its not really sensible to test it on my body at this time. i feel totaly silly about having to stop when i just got started...but i have to think about my body and not do anything that i think would make me sick right? right....so thats that....so sorry! but its not gonna stop my progress...im gonna keep going just as if i AM testing a supplement. |

| Pink Members | another successful day! things got switched up a tad but thats ok...at least i got in a workout and my food was spot on! yay! i got called over to the neighbors house to work for about 5 hours today...the other lady that works there called and asked me to come over and help her do a few things, so my quad workout will just have to come tomorrow instead of tonight......right when i got home tonight though i got dressed in my sweats and went out and did a HIIT, so i feel really good about how today went! PLEASE forgive me for not doing my menu tonight...i will post it in the morning...im feeling lazy as hell...hahahaaaa have a fab evening! ill be back in the morning! |

You got some protein, but not much else in nutritional value for 1800 calories. Where is the salad, fish, oatmeal and green veggies. This is not just about losing weight. | Pink Members | I DID IT! i am so proud of myself! ;D Quad dominant workout with biceps : ATF Squats : 2x4@124lbs, 4x4@129lbs Lunges : 2x5@BW, 3x5@5lbs each db SLDL : 3x10@104lbs <-- hammie accessory barbell curls : 3x5@54lbs, 2x5@49lbs drag curls : 4x8@34lbs db curls : 1x5@20lbs, 4x5@15lbs I started with the ATF squats today....did the first 2 sets of 4 with 124lbs and realized I could most likely up the weight a tad and still keep form, so I added on 5 more lbs and went with the 129lbs for the last 4 sets. I would ALSO like to say I initially planned to only do 5 sets of 4 but after the 5th set I added on one last set of 4 for good measure and felt FANTASTIC about it! whohohoooooooo! Lunges were next....I actually had planned to do leg extentions after squats , but I decided to go for it and do the lunges instead because I knew they were more difficult and I would benefit more than if I woosed out and only did the extentions ....LOL...I was really pumped after the squats going so well!! I started out using only my bodyweight on the lunges , but after the first 2 sets of 5 I decided to grab a 5lb dumbbell in each hand and do the last 3 sets of 5 with that. I gotta tell ya....THESE TOTALLY KILLED ME! 8)for my hammie accessory I chose SLDL . I used 104lbs on these and REALLY got a most fabulous burn in my hammies EACH SET! I LOVE IT! After the leggie stuff I moved on to biceps . I started with barbell curls today....I used 54lbs for the first 3 sets of 5 but had to lower to 49lbs for the last 2 sets....man did my biceps get a HAYOGE pump during these! MAN i LOVE my biceps ! hehehehehee drag curls followed...I used 34lbs for these 4 sets of 8 but I think next week I can definitely up the weight a little more.... db curls were last....I started with the 20lb db but got a "twinge" in my right shoulder so I lowered the weight to 15lbs and had no other "twinges"....very kewl! GREAT WORKOUT! I am totally stoked! |

| Pink Members | Verticle Push/Pull: Back , shoulders , and calves assisted pullups : 5x4@BW BB rows : 6X4@104lbs DB pullovers : 4x6@45lbs Rotator Cuff Prehab : BB cuban press : 1x6@29lbs, 2x6@24lbs L-lateral raise : 1x8@10lb each db side laying db abduction to 45 degrees : 2x10@10lbs rear delt raises : 2 drop sets (8/4) @ 5lbs/ 7 1/2 lbs seated calf raises : 3x20@104lbs I started with the assisted pullups ....im not any good at these yet...i cannot even pull my whole body up over the bar without help, but i am sure one of these days once i lose a little more weight i will be able to do them unassisted. bb rows followed....i alternated between the suppinated and pronated grip on these....all went VERY well and i will most likely up the weight next week. db pullovers were next...these went GREAT and were actually really HARD by the 5th rep of each set....i like these a lot! ![]() next instead of regular shoulder work i decided to do my rotator cuff prehab stuff....since my shoulder has been giving me trouble i feel its very important to baby it and do this prehab as much as i can. i was aching my the time it was all over, but i know i did some good...i could feel it! last were the seated calf raises ....i used a fairly light weight on these and did higher reps....by the time i was done with the 3 sets of 20 my calves were screaming!! hahahaaa I feel GREAT! |
