| Pink Members | well so far so good today! no candy! hahahaaa...:boink: im doing laundry right now and cleaning the house, but later tonight i plan to lift. i will do verticle push pull...i plan to go pretty light to start...ill have plenty of time to increase my weights when i am sure my shoulder is doing ok... things with the hubby are getting better....so i am feeling better....yay! hahaa....and the kids go back to school tomorrow so DOUBLE yay! LMAO:nosthumbs now if only i could find a job that paid me what im WORTH.... what ever will i do when i grow up??? |

| Pink Members | i am so thrilled! i got in my workout! hehehe Back/Rotator Cuff/Calves BB rows: 4x6@80lbs Towel Pulls: 4x6@70lbs DB Pullover: 4x6@40lbs Cuban Press: 3x8@24lbs L-Lateral Raise: 1x10@10lbs Side laying db abduction to 45 degrees: 2x12@7.5lbs rear delt raises: 2 drop sets (8/4) @ 7.5 lbs/ 5lbs standing calf raises: 3x12@BW I started with BB rows today...I used 80lbs for all 4 sets and alternated between suppinated and pronated grip. I purposely lowered ALL my weights for all exercises tonight...its been a little while since I lifted and my shoulder has still been giving me problems, so I want to take it slow and easy getting back into things. The bb rows felt great tonight....Ive missed them! Next I did the towel pulls ...I used 70lbs for these and held for a count one two at the top of the pull....nice burn! DB pullover was the last back exercise for tonight...I used 40lb db and although I felt it, I didnt feel it ENOUGH.... ....next week I will use the 45lb db for sure.Rotator Cuff Prehab was next...I like using THIS ARTICLE for my prehab ... Cuban press was first... L-Lateral raises, side laying db abduction to 45 degrees, and rear delt raises were all part of the RC prehab ...they are all done with VERY light weight, but I got a great burn in my shoulders tonight! yay! Last, I threw in some standing calf raises ...I didnt use any weight on these, just bodyweight, but I held at the top and bottom and really felt a fantastic burn! GREAT feeling! Ive missed it! GAWD I LOVE SCHOOL DAYS! ![]() i have about an hour now before i have to go to work at the neighbors house so i think ill chill out a bit and relaxxxx..... i will lift hammies tonight...havent worked those biatches in a few weeks and they NEED it! yikes! speaking of yikes...i stepped on the scale to find a 10lb gain from the holidays, but i am determined to drop that quickly and get back to where i was...if i can just slip below 200lbs and STAY THERE i will be very thrilled! gotta eat right to get there though i know i know... ![]() no problem...great things await me for 2006! have a fab day all! ill be back later! |

| Pink Members | awww hell i didnt workout last night... oh well! today is a new day! ill do it when i get home from working at the neighbors!! i have to take down all her christmas trees and put everything in its correct bin, etc etc...LOTS of work to be done today! blech! hahahaaa im honestly not in the mood to work this morning...im tired...:boink:....but whaddayado right? i realized this morning that im itching to try a new supplement and do a log on it but that im nervous after getting sick during my last testing experience....although it wasnt the supp that made me sick...im still kinda scared to try anything again! yikes! dunno if i should just get over this feeling and try something or if i should just stick to eating healthy and working out hard....input? |
