ok...so ive decided to start taking my blood pressure readings daily...just to keep an eye on it yanno? it was a little elevated in the doctors office so she asked me to start keeping track...

took it just a few minutes ago....the first time i forgot to put my arm on the desk and just let it hang down...it came up 149/89....blech....

took it again with my arm on the desk, relaxed....came up with...

114/74
113/70

looks normal to me!

morning!!

it seems to me like every day that goes by i feel just a LITTLE better ...not SUBSTANTIALLY better....but better none the less...i am really worn down, tired...

yesterday i decided to eat whatever i wanted...carbed up a little bit, but not too much...

i am off to the kids school for the annual Christmas Coffee...then directly to my neighbors to work all day...UGH...haha...im tired already...LOL

ill pop back in later today.....HOPEFULLY with test results....

BTW....I also mentioned to the doctor that my Mom, her sister AND her mother all have Hashimoto's....so she ordered a complete Thyroid workup and I will have the results of that in a week or so.....

she could not tell me what the cold feeling I am getting in my back is, as a matter of fact she said that it was kinda "weird" and she could not explain it at ALL.....hahah just my luck....

she did tell me my EKG was normal and the chest Xrays showed a healthy set of lungs w/ no signs of problems in that area at all...well ariated etc etc....so thats GREAT!!

The doc did say that the hemoglobin results tell her I must be suffering from something viral....and she also noticed that those numbers ( hemoglobin and hematocrit) are LOWER today than they were last week...so perhaps the virus is working its way out of my body....

i am pleased that i have such a high HDL...the doc said this alone made my ratio only 2.6 for risk of heart disease....so i am low risk! fantastic to know....

she also said my total cholesterol number is a little high, but that that will get better the more weight i lose....

my mom has genetically high cholesterol too, so she said this might be the case for me.

im pleased with the results and as long as i continue to feel better i will resume my weight training on monday! yippeeeeee!!

YAY im not dying! hehehehehheee

morning everyone....man i am feeling great today....much better than yesterday! so exciting! i so cannot wait to get back to things on monday!!
