| Pink Members | morning ya'll....its about noon and i finally rolled out of bed...shit next week is gonna KILL ME when i have to get up at 6 to get the kids ready for school....hahahaa i had the craziest dream last night...my Grandmother came and visited me in my dream and showed me all kinds of pictures of us and the family from when i was a little girl. it was so real....now im a little worried about her, i hope shes ok. im getting ready to go out and do my run....later i will lift. id better get out there now before it gets too hot again and i skip it...its not mandatory today but since i skipped it yesterday i feel guilt....hahaa ill be back soon! |

| Pink Members | whohoooo just completed my lifting for tonight and i feel great! tonight was thighs, abs, calves on Day 15 of ABBH...heres the workout... Day 15 ABBH: 85% load 10x3 60 sec rest intervals between each A1: deadlifts: 200lbs A2: situps: BW A3: seated calf raises: 160lbs A1-A3 w/ 60 sec rest intervals between each until all 10 sets of 4 are completed!! man i love doing deadlifts....i think these might just be my absolute favorite leg exercise!! last week i used 220lbs on them, but then i realized that that was more than 85% of my 1 rep max, so i lowered to the correct weight tonight and really enjoyed the hell out of them! my knees arent so happy.... but man oh man i am!! heheheheeee....gotta LOVE those purty bruised knees after a good deadlift session! situps are BORING...i know they arent even an optimal ab exercise, but in the program i am doing it suggests doing declined situps...i dont have a decline at this point so i just did regular situps. i will start thinking about what i can do to sub for declines....perhaps i will make a decline.... :nosthumbs...since i do weighted crunches on quad day i am supposed to do a different ab exercise on hammie day...food for thought.... the seated calf raises are good. i really feel them and honestly i STILL feel them right now. again, i know i dont have a machine to do these on so i simply use a chair and a nice thick pillow on my knees, with a block under my feet.....hoist that barbell up on my knees and then proceed to lift and lower until the reps are completed. i always make a point to HOLD at both the top and bottom of each raise. once again a GREAT workout! yippeeeeeeeee! food was right on track tonight... meal 1: wakeup protein shake, 6 fish oil meal 2: can tuna, 1 Tbs mayo, 3/4 c. pineapple chunks meal 3: 6 oz. beef steak, 1 c. broccoli, 1 c. skim milk meal 4: 7 oz. beef steak, 1 c. pinto beans, 1 c. spinach, 1/4 c. sauteed mushrooms, 2 slices onion, 1 jalepeno meal 5: POST WO double protein shake Total: 1948 Fat: 57 517 28% Sat: 15 137 7% Poly: 9 81 4% Mono: 18 164 9% Carbs: 101 315 17% Fiber: 22 0 0% Protein: 251 1006 55% Alcohol: 0 0 0% normally i would choose to have cottage cheese instead of a protein shake this late at night, but im OUT, so the shake will just have to do for tonight. ill be back tomorrow! nighty night! |

I have 4 kids I need to start a journal because I am going to be a test dummy for Omega Sports New Reformulated Power Jolt and part of the deal was to post up a journal. I will be doing a running log through it and posting daily or as needed. I am also going to come up with a new routine I have been out of it sense hurting my back playing football in Nov. | Pink Members | man im feeling so good today! had to go get the tags and inspection done on my car this morning...so i loaded the kids up....had to stop and get them a coke so i did this...when i walked into the store the lady said " oh MY arent you just thinning out bigtime!" heheheeee...i said " yeah slowly but surely!" and she said " well its VERY obvious....you look fantastic!" heheee gawsh i wanted to kiss her! most everyone in my town is used to the fact that i have been losing weight so no one mentions it anymore...geez was it great to hear it this morning! NEXT, i went to get the tags, and then to the inspection place. i dropped the kids off at home and then went over to the garage where i get the inspection done...the guys flirted with me! wheeeee! i was standing at the counter waiting to pay and i even overheard one of the guys say " look at that ass!" heheheeeeeeeeee.....now i know i have a bubble butt, and its getting even more bubbly each and every squat i do...so this is a great compliment to me! when i was leaving they all said goodbye and waved and smiled and a few of them made those noises like "mm.mmmmmmm good..." hahahahaaa...geez talk about floating on cloud nine! hahaaa...it made me feel fantabulous! hahahahaaaa |
