I did not have a gas can and when I walked and got one and brought the gas back, I didn't know you had to pull the little stopper thing to release the pressure and had no idea why the gas wouldn't come out of the can. LMAO! I'm such a genius sometimes. And the guy that owned my gym at the time, rode by and waved at me, and kept going. :fruity: I finally figured it all out on my own. Duh. ![]() |

| Pink Members | morning!!! i just got in from doing my HIIT....gawd it liked to KILL me today...hahahaaa.....the first 2 cycles were soooooo difficult....by the third cycle i kinda got my second wind so i pushed myself a little harder... :fruity: ...by the last cycle i thought i might DIE....either that or puke...haaaaa...but dammit i made it through! YAY! i was feeling so guilty for going to bed without doing it last night i woke up thinking about it...HELL i think i even dreamed about it last night! so i am thrilled to have it over with! i have great DOMS in my chest and back today too...was a great workout yesterday! i havent decided whether ill workout today or not...we shall see.... it would be quad dominant legs...and usually i dont like to do legs on a day i do HIIT, but i might reconsider a little bit later...i love quad DOMS.... ok...gotta go run a few errands! ill be back soon! |

| Pink Members | my mom just called me to tell me she went to the Toyota dealership and traded in her SUV for a Prius .... im so jealous! hahaaaa...my damn POS suburban takes $100 to fill up now...INSANE!!!! but she drives a LOT with her petsitting business so she was going broke trying to pay these gas prices...now she wont have to worry so much about it i guess...and she got a great warrantly...all inclusive...for the first 100,000 miles! she'll be paying $400 a month for it for like EVER...hahaa...but seems to think its worth it...so yay for her! i cannot believe how expensive gas it.... also hard to believe all the shit thats goin on in Louisianna and Mississippi...scarey scarey scarey..... did i mention i got my Nitro Evolution in the mail? im SO EXCITED!! i will be starting it tomorrow and i will open a thread in the Supplement reviews section here when i do! YAY! ok...well id better get dinner started...no lifting tonight...TOMORROW i will do quads! hehehe i love killing my quads! ill be back later to look around! |

| Pink Members | good day today! i did my HIIT this morning and food was right on track! meal 1: wakeup protein shake meal 2: 5 oz. ground beef, 1 can green beans meal 3: can tuna, 1 Tbs mayo, 20 grapes meal 4: 1 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 small cantaloupe meal 5: 8 oz. chicken breast, 1/2 c. pinto beans, 1 can green beans Total: 1764 Fat: 72 652 38% Sat: 26 230 14% Poly: 12 104 6% Mono: 23 205 12% Carbs: 91 291 17% Fiber: 19 0 0% Protein: 188 753 44% Alcohol: 0 0 0% i know i have been told by a few people not to eat green beans out of a can...but hell..i like them way better than fresh or frozen believe it or not....haha...and in my case i WONT eat them if i dont have them from a can...so i figure what the hell...i like those french style green beans...not the plain old cut ones...theyre too thick...yuck...hahaha.....i know i know...im weird. i also do NOT normally eat regular ground beef....i try to always make it super lean...but we're totally broke right now so i got a big chub of the regular kind and have been trying to use this for the family AND myself. on a more positive note...hubby's job seems to be working out fabulously for him! his boss will be paying him REALLY well each week, and the cash he gave us monday to help us get through the week is being counting as a "sign on bonus"! AWESOME! this guy is a class act....hopefully it will be a great job for my sweety and we will once again be on our feet and not barely scraping by week to week. its difficult to raise 3 kids on less than $500 a week thats for sure...and with this new job hubster will be making about double that! everyone keep your fingers and toes crossed that it lasts a long time!! YAY! hehee well...just about time for me to call it a night i think...getting in bed early yesterday was fantastic...i slept pretty good and didnt have trouble getting up early! nice change! LMAO... besides...tomorrow i am starting the Omega Sports Nitro Evolution...i want to be fresh for the start of my testing experience! its my very first one!! :service: nighty night!! |
