There is still hope for us older men. Here is a true story that happened to me last night before work.

"I almost forgot to tell everyone because of the news about my new shift..............................anyway, tonight is usually my cheat night and I was standing in the bar area at a Boston's restaurant waiting for the pizza that I ordered. I was going to take it to work with me. Well, much to my surprise, a much younger and attractive woman walked past me and as she was doing so she looked me right in the eye and then gently put her hand on my right pec and squeezed it just a bit. Then she smiled at me and said, "I'm sorry".

I'm here to tell you that for a 41 year old man, I was all at the same time, shocked and very pleased. I was wearing a BB.com T-Shirt and since I'm not a small man, they fit me a bit on the tight side. Apparently tight enough that it caused her to notice my chest. So I guess you could say that I am having one helluva night."

Jeeeeeez…..I feel like I’m in the teen section.

I’m 68 and really started my w/o’s when I retired at 62. Traveled just about every week and really never had time to set up routines to correctly follow on a weekly basis.

I’ve been pretty fortunate in that working for the railroads for 44 years I’ve never had an accident of any kind, never been injured in any way, no broken bones, etc., etc. Also, the worst I’ve ever had is the flu and that was years ago.

With that behind me, I can say I really think my wellness is and has been attributed to exercise, good eating habits and a lot of good advice that I have read on various forums like this one throughout the years. I have lunch about once a month with friends and just wish some of them would get on this track, many of which complain of aches and pains, what meds their taking, not feeling well in general, just plain feeling “OLD”. I keep on telling them that old saying of age just being a number and it’s mainly one’s lifestyle that will determine your health and longevity in most cases but, I can see it
goes in one ear and out the other. I gotta quit hanging out with these old
dudes. :zoom:
