| Silver Member | thanks dawnmarie and pammie. no contest for me except in the gym. i am in no way in that league.really i don't think i could stand the constant nit picking i would be doing if i was involved in preparing for a contest. while some people can critique themselves and move on i tend to dwell on it to much and it drives me crazy. it wouldn't be an enjoyable experience for me unfortunately.... but thanks for the vote of confidence. anyway thanks again and i hope you both have a great day tomorrow. |

| Silver Member | chest and biceps i know....what....chest again ....2 nights in a row.....yep 2 nights in a row. i had a partner to train with tonight and i haven't had a decent intense session for a while now. we blasted our chest to oblivion tonite...not necessarily with the amount of weight but with motivation and intensity it was a 10 on the scale. so i'm not regrettin doing chest again tonite. besides i hope i damaged the chest enough tonite that it has no choice but to get bigger and stronger. don't worry i will refrain from makin this a regular practice:fingersxd chest bench: 205/9, 225/6, 245/3, 225/5,225/5, 205/8, 185/8, 155/10, 155/10, 225/3 Incline: 115/10, 145/10, 155/10, 185/5, 135/12 biceps ez curl: 90/10, 110/8, 90/10, 110/7, 100/8, 90/7 db seated: 2x25/20(done just to burn the heck outta biceps) preacher: 4x60/10 - done slow and deliberate. very little rest between any of the sets, once one finished the set ...the other hopped on the next set. fast and furious. hope everyone has a great day tomorrow. probably back and shoulder day for me tomorrow...... |
