seated smythe military:
145 @ 10,7,6

incline tricep extension:
80 @ 12,9,9 ( way to light)

Lat pulldowns behind head:
120 @ 10,10,10

Tbar:
135 @ 10,10,10

75 @ 15,10,8

ez reverse curls:
60 @ 15,8,5

seated calve raise:
115 @ 12,12,10 hold each rep at top for count of 5

leg curls:
30 @ 15,15,10

leg press:
450 @ 10...................widows: 360 @ 20

* I know all poundages are low but i am really trying to start things right and do all the movements really slow and strict which will help in the long run. hope everyone has a good day tomorrow.
