| Silver Member | lol...thanks game....i appreciate it alot.....i can .....and i don't know if it is my imagination or not ....can see a big difference in muscle density from a year ago....the tape reads bigger....and i am somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 pounds heavier than a year ago around this time....so its had to go somewhere.....thanks again and i hope u have a great week brother. |

BB bench: 135 x 20, 205x10, 225x8, 205x6 paused on chest and then explode. smith break the sticking point move: (i made that name up) loaded 230 on the bar positioned about 1 inch above the chest and pressed from that point for 3 sets of 6 triceps pushdowns: actually should have gone heavier an lowered the reps just a teensie bit. 110 @ 20,15,10 BB military: went really light to see how my shoulders took it 3 x 95x 10 seated rows:concentrated on feeling these strictly in the back 3x 15 x 90lbs like i said didn't worry about weight and focused on doing nice slow concentrated reps. will have a more focused cruise workout by next week and i will prolly cruise for a couple of weeks just depends on how i feel. aw hell who am i kiddin you all know i can't cruise that long.....i would go crazy |
