thanks pammie, hibiscus....crobar. i still don't work lower body enough....the squats are done to parallel or a little below, wider stance.....no belt. anyway i did shoulders after legs....boy was that a mistake. i was really worn out and didn't push shoulders very hard....must be gettin old huh. the leg presses i lowered the weight to do a more slow, concentrated lift. i didn't want to let momentum lift the weight. lol, i shoulda put all this in my entry but when i filled it out it was late and i was tired. thanks for your comments and i will do better next time. hope everyone has a nice weekend.

Incline Flyes: 45/10, 55/10, 65/7

Smith seated military: 165/8, 4x135/8, 145/8
Side Laterals: 2x30/10, 2x35/10
Rear Delt laterals: 2x25/10, 2x35/10

Incline tri. exten.: 90/10, 3x90/9
Cable Tri. pushdowns: 175/10, 185/10-----> to tired to do another fricken set.

whooooweeee.....i don't know about this 3 bodyparts in one night stuff. hope you all have a great day tomorrow.

thanks trick for coming by....yes that is usually what i do. sometimes i switch it up or i might have a bad nite and do a little different. my chest is the hardest to grow and get stronger and i am sorta in a plateau now....but i'll break it soon i hope. hey i tell ya you're no slouch man....you put up some great numbers man.....keep up the good work and hope u have a good day tomorrow.

Deads: 205/6, 295/8, 315/8, 315/3(felt my back give a little so i just stopped right then.)
Lat Pulldowns: 110/10, 2x130/8, 110/8, 3x90/10
yate row: 135/10, 2x185/6, 205/3

Barbell curl: 75/10, 85/10, 115/6, 95/8
Seated Dbell: 2x40/10, 3x45/8


This workout absolutely sucked, all my numbers were low....my back catchin caused me to alter my workout....i ain't got no damn trainin partner.....and my motivation just went to s**t. my lat pull downs were equal to a school girls......so after i was done with my workout i put my TUTU on and left the gym. God i hate workouts like this......hope everyone has a great week.

Yeah, I know what you mean about crappy workouts. Sometimes it just don't make any sense. You get enough sleep, eat right, and feel great and can't lift a thing. Other times you feel like crap and hit PB's LOL That was me today. Not enough sleep, fighting off a cold, and felt awful, but upped my numbers accross the board on a kickin leg day.. Go figure. Last week totally sucked though (but I felt great)
