Hi jj....the avi is recent.....i have added a few pounds since i started DC. and yes you should at least send me a pic of you ![]() game i am really glad you came by my journal man...... the LT = what i did last time i did that particular exercise TT = what i did this workout on that particular exercise RP = Rest pause SS = straight set, no rest pause in rest pause training you do wrmup sets and and one working set broken into 3 stages..... you take the maximium amount of weight you can handle and do a set to failure.....you then rack it for 15 breaths(20 sec. or so) and then do as many as you can again......repeat one more time. dnyc....thank you so much for coming by my journal. i don't think my triceps are huge but they are strong..... hey new avi idea......put a pic up of ur best bodypart. hehehehehehehehei will post my monday workout asap..... |
