| Silver Member | hey rasp....pammie.....bmf , glad to have ya here. as u have noticed i haven't posted much this week. thats because i have had some joint issues and i haven't stayed on a normal routine. the last time i had these issues i needed a few days or so to rest my joints so that is what i have been doing. i have done some light lifting but nothing worth posting. my plan is to come back this coming week and pick up again...but then again that depends on how i feel. appreciate all ur post and i will be watchin ur threads. have a good remainder of the weekend and a good week coming up. |

Bench: 135x10 205x1 225x1 245x1 260x1 275x1 225x5 225x5 225x5 215x5 *on the 275 lift it felt real easy until my shoulder gave and it was a hell of a fight to recover....i had a spotter but i held him off and finished the lift. i dunno if i am ever gonna get back my bench with this shoulder. i know for a fact it is the reason my bench stays stagnant. this is my left shoulder...there is a large knot that sits just off of the deltoid....kinda where the socket connects. i am sure it is bone or could be calcium buildup from a past injury. i think my future as a powerlifter are gone. i guess spytech can rest easy now. Incline: 195x5 195x5 195x5 205x6 205x7 DB incline: 80x8 80x8 BB curls: 85x6 105x6 115x5 120x4 seated Db: 45x8 45x8 45x8 thats it.....ya'll have a good day tomorrow. |

| Silver Member | well......thought i would at least post and say hello to everyone that comes by.....dbflgirl....i believe it is...i have a easier time with my shoulder doing incline....wish u would come around more often . i have been hittin light this week...but still have aching shoulder when i am done. doesn't matter ....soon as rasp lets me know how a 5x5 works with a walker i am gonna see about trying it. how do u do deads with a walker rasp? i better shutup...he can do more than me. anyway hope everyone has a nice weekend. |
