My 2 hour cardio session

Well went to a local event for Mountain bikes. I went on the Intermediate group ride. It was 2 hours of HILLS HILLS AND MORE HILLS. LOL here is a pic of the fun part going down a hill LOL

Shawn, that looks like tons of fun!!

Cool picture! I have a road bike and have done a MS150 before -- 150 miles in 2 days. That was entertaining. I've only mountain biked once in Colorado. We signed up for downhill mountain biking, and being a first timer, it scared the crap out of me! LOL Luckily, I was able to stay on my bike the entire time -- there were several people who weren't so fortunate.

How you feelin' this morning after all them hills? When I ride with the "kids" on week-ends those 4 flights of steps to my lab at work Monday mornings are always burners!

They are very tender but not as bad as expected. The big problem is that today is leg day at the gym

I am going take it easy.

I probably will not have a choice but to go light.

We had some technical trails as well as normal and as I said hill after hill. I wonder why they call the state park I was at Blue Hills.

I am not into cycling but enjoy off road riding.

They do a tour the rockies ride here and a few thousand people do it... every couple yrs or so it seems like someone dies during the race.

I love to ride, but haven't done any this year yet. Being a somewhat "big" guy, my frame is XL, which makes some of the more "technical" rides a real bear as I can't corner real fast.
