Flat Barbell Bench Press (8/6/6)(2 minutes between sets)
205 x 8
225 x 6
245 x 6

Incline DB Press (6-8/8-10/10-12 Drop Set) (1 minute between sets)
90's x 7
70's x 8
50's x 9

Pec Deck (6-8/4-6/2-4) (30 seconds between sets)
160 x 8/6/4

Close Grip Bench Press (8/6) (2 minutes between)
165 x 8
185 x 5

EZ Bar Skullcrushers (6-8/8-10 Drop Set) (30 seconds between sets)
75 x 8
55 x 10

Pressdowns (6-8/4-6)(30 seconds between)
170 x 8/6

Total Time with Weights: 30 minutes.

Cardio: 20 minutes on the LifeCycle - Level 10 - Hills
