thanksgiving at Golden Coral? say it aint so! LOL....i cannot imagine not cooking all day for turkey day....now stay OUT of the pie line at the restaurant babes! hahaha...im gonna use sugarfree pudding and fatfree cool whip on all my pies this year....will also try my best to do everything low carb as much as possible! its soooo dificult though....hang in there and enjoy being alive hunny! you deserve it!

Yeah Pies is gonna be difficult. Grandma don't have much stove left (just 2 burners working) plus it would be way too much food anyway

This way we all get to eat a little of everything.
I am easing my way back into Low Carb and good grains and slowly back into my Workouts. Hard and difficult since I have to drive DH everywhere with his cast on after his second wrist surgery. He has another appointment on the 20th, and maybe he will get a short cast put on and the doc might allow him to start driving again

That would mean more time for myself and workouts

Wishful thinking right now LOL

ok, today I will get back on the wagon after Thanksgiving meltdown.
Got the Biggest Loser Workout DVD from the Library and will start my first workout today. Also back to healthy eating.

yay, great workout with the DVD, I am even sore in my legs, arms and abs this morning. Too bad I had to already return the DVD back to the Library. But I already put myself back on the waitlist for it again.

Ok, so DH and I made yet another challenge. who gets to 12lbs lost first.

Started yesterday at 171lbs (gained after my birthday dinner Saturday night) and weighed again this morning : 169.2lbs

I might just win this one

He is eating the same way I am, but is not losing as fast as I am right now

Another lb gone this morning bringing me to 168.2lbs and 9.2lbs left to go.

Dh got his cast off finally, I got a new car and the kids are home sick

A lot of things going on and just not eating on track and haven't gotten any workouts in either

Sigh maybe next week will be better?

Come on M get your booty in gear! Baby steps, start with something small, push-ups and sit-ups, no weight squats, anything. Just get back in the movement and it will get easier every day.
