Alrighty Rad, Come in here and keep me in check

Yesterday was day 1 and I did great.
Limited my Soda's to 2
Didn't drink any alcohol
Exercised (biceps, Triceps and Cardio afterward for 20 minutes)
and had good about 10 bottles (16oz each) of water.
Didn;t eat any fried foods or anything else bad.

Started yesterday at 169lbs, so by the end of September I have to be at least down to 164lbs

Weighed this morning and I am at 168.4lbs.

Exercise for today is a planned 3 mile fast paced walk and Abs.

ok day is over (almost) I walked 1.5 miles today, did 10 minutes abs and 10 minutes Tae Bo.

Eating was good, the only splurge I had was a 1/2 ear of corn on the cob. No alcohol, and only 2 Diet Sprites. Let's see what the scale has to say about it tomorrow. For dinner I had a nice piece of Grilled Flank steak that was marinated in Lite Soysauce and Worsteshire with some Garlic powder and some grilled onions and Zucchini drizzled with a Sauce made from Soysauce and Balsamic Vinegar. Yummy. I am completely satisfied and for my sweet tooth later on I will have a Mango as a dessert.

Very good! You ate well (tasty) and it was all healthy. You get an "A+".

Must have done something right

Down to 167.6lbs this morning. Today will be leg day at the gym and after I will get on the Recumbant Bike for 20 minutes cardio. I am also walking the boys to school again (1.5 miles round trip). And as every time I go to the gym I will sit in the sauna after everything is done and over for a relaxing my muscles and cleaning my pores 10-20 minutes.

Dinner tonight will be grilled chicken breast w/ Brown Rice, Broccoli and a Creamy sauce I make from scratch with Heavy CReam and Lite Chicken broth and a little Tarragon and Lite cheese.

Leg day was awsome! I was able to up my weights on the Leg press and Abducter and Adducter machines, also upped my Calf Raises and finished with the Recumbant bike (20 minutes) Leg Extentions and Curls and Glutes are still the same weight. Hopefully I can start increasing those very soon, too. Food has been great so far, but then again it is only 2pm. Planning on chowing down on some FF Yogurt for a afternoon snack and I know I can stay with my Dinner plans. Question is what will I have for Dessert? Thinking about either SF Jello w/ FF Coolwhip or a SF/FF Pudding. Hoping to leave it with tons of water and keep my Soda low.

Hey Miss M,

Sounds like you're doing great! You may even exceed your 5 lb goal, who knows? Your meals look wonderful and yumy. Aren't FF/SF desserts the best? I eat jello almost everyday *teehee*

So, your back to regular workouts? Very cool I can't wait to see your next set of pics. I imagine we will see a real difference in your physique. Keep up up the good work, sweetie!

no loss today, but I think the reason why is because of either the creamy cheesy sauce or the dessert part (coolwhip w/ SF Jelly) I had way to much of the coolwhip.

It's all good though
This morning I had Kashi Cereal for Breakfast, will have a Hardboiled egg and LF Stringcheese and some Almonds for snack, Have a salad and Steak strips for lunch, maybe some cottage cheese for second snack and a T-bone with Corn and Grilled veggies and Mashed Cauliflower for dinner. Cannot forget to make SF Jello for dessert tonight!
Exercise will be 10-20 minutes Tae Bo and 10 minutes Abs.

Hahaha ROFL Fit! I am by no means a Chef, but since I started going lower carbs I found a love for cooking and trying out new recipes.

Well I missed my workout yesterday since we had a small Garage sale (9am-1pm) we only made about 30 Dollars, but this will pay for the 2 nights at the campground at the Statepark. We will head to the Auction in a bit (they have a Power Sports Auction at our Local Auctionhouse today) and maybe we can get a ATV or some Dirt bikes for cheap. We already got some Mini Choppers (gas powered that go about 25mph).

Well Eating wasn't the best yesterday (my sons Birthday, he turned 11), but I am down a bit more to 167lbs.

We will head to the Campground around noon today and come back around noon Monday.

Bingo, that is your problem right there in a nutshell. All your meals are ? ? ? ?..
that leaves it too wide open to just eat "whatever" cause you can't decide. If your doing 6 meals a day eat 5 exactly the same every single day and just vary the one meal you usually have pre workout. A little boring yes but it will give you the structure your lacking right now.

Yeah DF, you are right, If I plan my meals I do a lot better.

I will sit down and make a plan later on after I pick up the kids from school while they are doing their homework.

ok I think this is what I will try to eat from now on:
this is just a sample mealplan that I put together. Please feel free to critizise!

shooting for about 1600 cals per day

Sample Meal plan:

Blueberry and Strawberry Smoothie and 2 Whole Wheat Toast w/ Transfat free Margarine for Breakfast

1 Protein shake for snack

1 Bean Burrito made with Whole Wheat Tortilla and 1/3 cup Refried Beans and 4 TBSP Cheddar and 2 TBSP Salsa and 1 medium Pear for Lunch

Yogurt (reduced fat) for snack

Beef and Broccoli StirFry w/ Brown Rice for Dinner

Frozen Yogurt or SF Fudgebar for snack

How does that look?

ok stepped on the scale this morning and the weight is down a little to 168.4lbs this morning.

BF: Kashi go lean bar and a Breakfast Burrito w/ a few Hashbrowns and Coffee
Had to skip Snack, since we tried to take some extra items to the local Auction house, but were denied, because they had just gooten in a 10thousand lb load this morning and were still unpacking that. Found out we have a small family of cats living under our deck, so I went and got a small bag of kitty food and 1 container and set it out on the deck for them to have some food.

Lunch will be a Frozen Meal (LC and whole Grain) with a Diet Sprite.
Snack planned will be an Apple today and Dinner will be grilled chicken Breat, Broccoli and Onion saute and some Brown Rice with it. After Dinner snack: SF Fudgebar.

got the Abs in yesterday but no Biceps or Triceps, since I moved rocks in our backyard to lay down some new Weed fabric.
Planning to get some sort of Cardio in today before I get the kids from school.

just up a hint (guessing it was the 2 margaritas last night) to 168.8lbs this morning.

Plan for today:

BF: Kashi bar
Snack: Proteinshake
Lunch: SBD Lunchable
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Lean Pork Tacos made with Whoile Grain Tortilla and LF Cheese
After dinner Snack: SF Fudgebar

Going fishing this morning, and if we catch some good size Trout we will have them tomorrow night for dinner with some Brown Rice and Lemon pepper
