ok this morning I am a little up again from yesterdays all time low (161.6) to 163.6lbs. I know what it is (no bowel for the last 2 days) and not enough water. So I will make sure over the entire week that I am staying on plan with my eating and have enough water every day. Also we ate dinner very late yesterday again (9 pm) due to us working on getting the shed up.

ok leg day today, this is what I plan on lifting:

Leg Press 12 reps, 3 sets at 110lbs each
Leg Curls 12 reps, 3 sets at 30lbs each
Leg Extentions 12 reps, 3 sets at 10lbs each (knee problem)
Plie Squats 12 reps, 3 sets at body weight for now
Step ups 12 reps, 3 sets at 10lbs weights
Abductor 12 reps, 3 sets at ? weight
Aductor 12 reps, 3 sets at ? weight
Glutes 12 reps, 3 sets at ? weight

Nice workout....if you have access to free weights...they are way better for ya. :yes: (DL's are awesome!!)

ok now this is what I actually did:

Leg Press 12 reps, 3 sets at 130lbs each
Leg Curls 12 reps, 3 sets at 20lbs each
Leg Extentions 12 reps, 3 sets at 10lbs each (knee problem)
Plie Squats 15 reps, 3 sets at body weight for now
Step ups 15 reps, 3 sets at 10lbs weights
Abductor 12 reps, 3 sets at 50lbs weight
Aductor 12 reps, 3 sets at 50lbs weight

Back:
Hyper Extentions at bodyweight 12 reps, 3 sets
Lat Pulldown at 37lbs 15 reps, 3 sets
Forgot the Rows
Biceps:
Curls at 20lbs 12 reps 3 sets
Hammer curls at 16lbs 12 reps 3 sets
Wrist:
twister at 10lbs 12 reps 3 sets
Cardio:
Recumbant Bike 20 minutes

Ok just got a phonecall for the Doctors office, the Biopsies came back as High grade and I will have to go in for a cone Procedure next month.
The findings will be send to Pathology again to make sure it is just Precancer and not cancer and we will see what follows. The thing that really sucks is that I am not supposed to lift heavy for at least 4 weeks after surgery, so this will hinder my progress a little, but nevertheless (is that even a word? )
I will try my best to stay in this competition and win it. too


Today will be Abs and Cardio. I had a kick ass workout yesterday and I am feeling my Hams and Quads still from Mondays workout

Hey mez,

Remember don't worry about what you don't know and you still don't know much yet. When my 4 yo had a brain tumor last fall, it would have been very easy to worry about all of the things that it *might* have been. It ended up being the absolute best case scenario. The tumor was fully resected and yesterdays MRI show it still gone. YAY.

I'll be prayin for ya.
