Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | ok this morning I am a little up again from yesterdays all time low (161.6) to 163.6lbs. I know what it is (no bowel for the last 2 days) and not enough water. So I will make sure over the entire week that I am staying on plan with my eating and have enough water every day. Also we ate dinner very late yesterday again (9 pm) due to us working on getting the shed up.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | Ok just got a phonecall for the Doctors office, the Biopsies came back as High grade and I will have to go in for a cone Procedure next month. The findings will be send to Pathology again to make sure it is just Precancer and not cancer and we will see what follows. The thing that really sucks is that I am not supposed to lift heavy for at least 4 weeks after surgery, so this will hinder my progress a little, but nevertheless (is that even a word? )I will try my best to stay in this competition and win it. too ![]() Today will be Abs and Cardio. I had a kick ass workout yesterday and I am feeling my Hams and Quads still from Mondays workout ![]()

When my 4 yo had a brain tumor last fall, it would have been very easy to worry about all of the things that it *might* have been. It ended up being the absolute best case scenario. The tumor was fully resected and yesterdays MRI show it still gone. YAY. I'll be prayin for ya. *R*
