I've been wanting this for a long time. Maybe I'll get it today.

I strongly recommend this from Beginners to Trainers. I have been toning and training for almost two years now. And was looking for different excercises to mix things up. This book is an EXCELLENT source to show you your actual targeted areas and the exercises for these areas.Even better, womens trouble areas! I have had it for a week now and feel my muscles as being more defined.

I've already purchased the "general" version. I would always "visit" that book whenever I was in the store and read a bit more of it. The coupon just pushed me over the edge to get my own copy.

But, any book that included your bonus chapter 3 would be worth the price. I've given up searching for a decent sports bra that doesn't require a bank loan. I just get several of the cheaper ones at Target and double them up. Nip that jiggle in the bud. :p Edit: 2nd paragraph TMI.

M and I saw MADAGASCAR today and it was funny as hell. 1st, you're right, the penguins made the move, little Green Berets!! If you young guys are looking for a good 1st date movie, this is the movie.

That's the current rumor. Although, nothing's final until this fall if George W. signs the BRAC proposals into law. Even after that it'll take probably 3-4 years before it's complete. It's a waiting game right now...and the Air Force, I don't think, wants us there.

When I read all the stuff you are doing with your wife for her suit design, I thought the same thing. I don't know, maybe it's cultural, maybe it's my age group. But I have yet to meet someone in real life who's that tuned in. It's more like them asking what do I think their wife would like.

BTW, did you make that illustration? It's pretty cool.
