Speaking of talking about anything...we went to see "Crash" this past weekend. Good movie. Not what I expected but definitely thought provoking as far as racial prejudices were concerned.

New movie...just started, with Don Cheadle, Sandra Bullock, and a host of others. Basic premise of the movie shows how events in your life are intertwined with others without you realizing it.

You're the second person I've heard say "Crash" is a good movie.

I went to see "Kingdom of Heaven" and it sucked lemons.

I heard the same thing about Kingdom of Heaven too. If you're a kung-fu movie fan...I definitely recommend "Kung-Fu Hustle" I laughed all the way through it. But you definitely have to be a fan of that genre.

Just got back in from the field. Going back out in a couple of hours and thought I'd check in. Where did everyone go?

I just thought "Kingdom of Heaven" was very slow -- boring.

Here's some good news for me! I had a great workout today. LOL I had to stop doing bodyweight pullups after hurting my rotator cuff several years ago. Finally, after almost 2 years, I was able to start working upper body well again.

Anyway -- today I got 10 bodyweight wide grip/overhand pullups out! Woo-hoo!!

I'll post my entire workout, since I'm feeling celebratory.

Yay! Woo-hoo!! I reached one of my goals today.

Bodyweight Pullups

10 reps *Woo-hoo!!! Ta-da!!! Voila!!! Lawd have mercy!
8 reps
8 reps
6 reps

Superset Hammerstrength Hi-Row with Hyper Extensions

Hi-Rows

15 reps X 110lbs
12 reps X 140lbs
11 reps X 160lbs
10 reps X 170lbs *I'm such a strong little girl. :p

Hypers

4 sets X 20 reps each holding 10lb plate

One Arm Dumbbell Row

15 reps each arm X 35lb dumbbell
15 reps each arm X 45lb dumbbell
10 reps each arm X 50lbs dumbbell

***Woo-hoo, another achievement -- my golfer's elbow decided to quit burning and let me do regular bicep curls!!

Alternating Bicep Curls

15 reps each arm X 20lb dumbbells
10 reps each arm X 25lb dumbbells
Drop Set: 6 reps each arm X 30lb dumbbells, 4 reps each arm X 25lb dumbbells, 5 reps each arm X 20lb dumbbells *A little weaker than usual, but I haven't done these in 6 weeks -- it will come back.

After that:

StepMill Torture

30 minute intervals at level 5 -- 5 minutes single stepping, 5 minutes double stepping.

The end.
