Hey everyone, just checking in. Sorry I've been out for awhile. Been in Nevada doing some training with my new team. Should be back home soon. Hope everyone is doing well and still lifting daily. Lift some for me...I've not had the opportunity in a couple of weeks with the exception of lifting guns, rucks, and gear.

I've also been thinkin' a lot about my partner in cryme - RaSP ... I remember his youngest son was in the hospital & I hope that everythyng's ok with him & his family as well...

Sometymes there's more to lyfe than lyfting heavy weights...
