KRE-ALKALYN HEY DAWG I NEED HELP

HEY DAWG...you were talking about the kre alkalyn, so I have started trying to add some mass again ( tired of being hungry) gonna do a carb cycling and wanna add some good creatine cause I responded well to the mono.....I have the kre alkalyn ( sci-fit) and wanna know how you take it...remember I am 230-235 and lift 6 days a week. ALSO does it come only in capsules?

Comes in capsules.

I would take 1 serving a day.

What can I say about Kre-Alkalyn.. I love the stuff... *D

The directions say take 1 in the morning & then one before you workout...

My regular creatine monohydrate powder said - use 5 grams a day...

Who's ryght?? .. I dunno...

... but as most bodybuilders, I felt more was always better.. so I take 2 Kre-Alkalyn's a day... about 12 hours apart... It may or may not be overkill ... so you may want to take just 1 a day for a week see what happens... & then increase it to two...

I notyced the difference in about 3 days... All my weights went up..

Oh yeah... It's also available in Powder... I looked for it on ***************.com but didn't see it... Send - "TheKing" - a PM and he may be able to get it for ya... but until then, here's a link..
